#431 Estate Reclamation Part 2: How to Take Back What's Really Yours

In this episode of the Awakening Podcast, Roy Coughlan is joined once again by Russell Paul Arter for the latest instalment in their ongoing sovereignty series. Building on the foundational episodes covering status correction, estate reclamation and status protection, Russell walks through the practical documents, lawful procedures and structures involved in creating a private estate — and explains how a sovereign man or woman can step outside the public system and begin building protected, multi-generational wealth.

What You'll Discover in This Episode

  • A clear recap of the journey from citizenship to sovereignty — and why the citizen is a legal fiction, not you
  • What a private estate actually is, how it differs from a public estate, and why most people are unknowingly operating entirely within Crown State authority
  • The three-layer private estate structure — the estate itself, the order of overseers, and the master benefit — and how each layer serves a distinct protective function
  • How to convey equity from a public estate into a private one in a tax-free, lawful way using a private contract of exchange and deferred investment
  • Why the master benefit is structured as an irrevocable charitable and missionary organisation — and how that protects the equity from family members, public agencies and the Inland Revenue
  • The public adjudication process — how to publish a public notice and use a state-approved notary to have your private estate recognised as a fact of law
  • How to establish a bank account for a private estate using the legal proxy method and unincorporated association structure
  • Why you must understand and embody all of this yourself — and why handing it to someone else is the single biggest mistake you can make

Key Takeaways

  • The citizen is a legal avatar — a construct in law. You as a living man or woman are not the citizen
  • Everything currently registered, licensed or incorporated in the public domain is part of your public estate under the authority of the Crown Estate
  • A private estate can hold property, assets, business interests and investments outside the system — with equity protection and tax immunity
  • The elite families have used exactly this type of structure for generations to build and protect multi-generational wealth
  • You cannot hand this process to someone else — you must become the law, embody the documents and take full personal responsibility
  • Lawful is operating under your own sovereign authority — legal is operating under the jurisdiction and authority of the system
  • Freedom is found in responsibility — when you know everything, you can defend everything

Speaker 2] (0:02 - 0:46)
Welcome to the Sovereign Man Podcast, the Awakening Podcast, or if you're in our private business group, the Authority Alliance, this is where you'd be seeing this. So, I'm joined back by Russell Paul Arter. If you're new, I have to say this at the start, I know some people that are watching it the whole time might be cringing, but there's always new people finding this information.

What I would suggest is go back to the very start. The very first episode was an introduction to everything we're doing. Then we did status correction.

There was two parts to that. We did estate reclamation. There was two parts to that.

We did status protection. There was two parts to that. And now we're doing estate reformation part two.

We've already done part one. So, welcome back, Russell.

[Speaker 1] (0:47 - 2:03)
Thank you very much, Roy. Greetings and a warm welcome to everybody that's joining us today on this specific podcast. And yeah, we've done a hell of a lot so far, haven't we?

We've really gone through the mill on all these different lawful procedures that take someone from citizenship to sovereignty. And today we've got another important presentation. This is a part two presentation on the lawful procedure called the estate reformation.

And today, I'm going to share with you and your audience some aspects of the documents and procedures that we enact within our organization to establish a private estate. So, I'm going to share with you and your audience how it's possible to step into your sovereign authority and create unique lawful entities with private laws to protect and manage the equity and rights of your life and estate as determined, as defined, and as governed by yourself as a sovereign man or woman. Excellent.

[Speaker 2] (2:04 - 2:05)
So, the stage is yours.

[Speaker 1] (2:06 - 3:12)
Let's jump into this. And as always, I've got an advisory and disclaimer for the audience. So, let's do this before we move on.

This presentation is a visual aid to conceptualize citizenship and sovereignty and is not to be treated as an exact representation of reality. The information shared is from a personal perspective based upon research and experience of the facts of reality and may include the error of interpretation and conveyance. The information does not constitute or convey legal, financial, or tax advice.

The information is not available for public use. The methods expressed are protected by copyright claim. Please do your own research to confirm the subject matter before drawing conclusions.

Please do not act upon this information without first consulting a practitioner of sovereign law. And if you do act upon this information, then you accept full responsibility and liability for your actions. And as always, I hand it back over to you to see whether or not you want to add anything to that before we move on.

[Speaker 2] (3:14 - 4:05)
Well, I think based on all our conversations so far and our personal conversations, I know that I've learned a lot and I just love the way that you're explaining. And what I will do is let people know my journey. I read about 20 books and I was going through books and I was like, this is complete waffle.

There was like some really bad books. And you're talking 400 page books with small text on some of them. I've done courses.

I've done a lot of stuff. Some of the courses, I know the people were achieving brilliant things, but they couldn't teach. And they were getting the hump when someone was asking a question.

It just wasn't their skillset. And that's why I love what you're doing, how you've done it. And I think you're going to save people a lot of time instead of doing it the way that I did it.

[Speaker 1] (4:06 - 9:12)
Yeah, that's thanks for mentioning that and bringing that to light. I think, unfortunately, a lot of people out there teaching the subjects of sovereignty do have their ego invested in what they're doing, where they are very quick and easy to defend and protect their way, their perspective, their procedures, their methods. And there's no allowance or openness for other people to come into the fold or question or challenge or clarify what they're doing.

And I see, I personally see that as a huge failing. And we discussed at the beginning of this podcast that each one of us is limited in perspective, our own personal perspective that comes from our own personal experience and knowledge. And therefore, we should be open to other people questioning, clarifying what we're doing.

And it's been my personal journey of acting precisely that way that has allowed me to see where perhaps I'm not accurate. I'm not right. I'm not perfect.

I'm not clear. I'm not concise. And I'm not affected on certain topics.

And that's allowed me to then improve things, to adjust things, to adapt things, to make it more true, make it more correct, make it more precise, and get it more aligned with pure and simple truth and facts of what we're doing here when it comes to sovereignty. And of course, hopefully, that that is very clear in the presentations that I'm showing you. So, Roy, let's just do a very, very brief if that's okay with you.

Just an overview of what we've gone through so far. So we've got a bit of context. So we've got a backdrop that leads us on to this presentation.

And what we've been through in the past presentations, which again, I always encourage your audience to go back and view those presentations before going through this one, is that we've discussed that great left house citizenship is a status that you hold within a nation state. And it's based on deception and fraud, based on fiction fraud. Because for each one of you that's listening into this, this presentation at birth registration, your actual life was converted into a citizen.

And the citizen is a legal title. It's a legal title and legal status within the system. And it's actually known as a legal person.

And the legal person is a construct in law. It's a character of law. What does it actually mean?

It means that legal person only exists as words on paper. And these are words that have been defined by legislated laws, legislated laws enacted by the ground state. And those legislative laws have been enacted to define the behaviours and activities of the legal person.

And by you operating as a legal person in the system, you are actually operating as a franchise of the crown state, as a part of the crown state. And where all the value and activities of your life and estate from the real estate property to your investments, assets, interest, business ventures, absolutely everything that you say is mine, is actually part of the state as a franchise. And it's all under the authority control of the Crown Estate.

It's all subject to the legislative laws, rules, regulations and everything else that is attached to the legal person that is attached to the citizen. And what I need everyone to really grasp is this is that the citizen is not real. It's just a construct in law.

It's fiction. It's just words on paper. And you as the living man or woman, you are not the citizen.

You have been duped into playing the role of a citizen in context of the nation's scope. And this happened at birth registration when you was converted into the citizen. Okay, so every time that you act, identify and register a license, incorporate or contract any part of the crown state in the name of the citizen where you offer up your identification to confirm you are the citizen, then you are placing the value and activities your life into the legal system under the paramount authority control of the Crown Estate.

And that's where I'll end that particular slide and hand it back over to you Rod.

[Speaker 2] (9:13 - 9:43)
So some people go with that and they kind of say it's the straw man. So that that name goes around a lot of the time. And I mean, if anybody learns anything, just this bit of information in itself, I think, is the first step to kind of opening your eyes and going.

And if you look at the straw man, you know that when we say straw man, scarecrow, all the birds are scared of it because they think it's real. Most of the people around think it's real. You're looking in the mirror.

You think it's real. But in reality, it's not real. And it's kind of similar.

[Speaker 1] (9:44 - 12:32)
Yeah, it is. Absolutely. It's what it is.

It's it's an avatar. It's a legal avatar because the only way that you can operate in the system is through this legal avatar, which places places everything that you do your activities and value under the authority of the legislated laws. And the reason they've done that is because you as a living man or woman can't operate under the authority of someone else, because if you do and you do so against your free will choice, then that would be considered slavery.

Right. And the way that they can get away with it is by converting you into a legal person and whereby the legal person is under the authority of the Crown Estate. And that's how they can prosecute you and punish you.

Because if you did not operate in the system as a legal person and if you didn't willingly volunteer to place your life under the authority, then they couldn't prosecute it. They couldn't punish you against your free will choice, because that would be a definition of slavery. What is slavery?

Slavery is where one person says, I own and control you. You must do what I say. And when I say I'm going to prosecute and punish you, I'm going to force you to do it against your will.

Again, that's a definition of slavery. So this whole get up of citizenship really is a diminished status and standing. And it is where you have abdicated your sovereign authority to determine and define and govern your own life and state.

And this whole concept of citizenship, by the way, goes right back to we got this goes right back to probably Egyptian, Babylonian, Sumerian days. But we don't need to go back that far. It goes back.

We can look at the Roman Empire, right? The Roman Empire was the empire, the most recent one that really did start to establish and define citizenship. And they called it the citizen, the onslages.

The legal person was known as the onslages. And that meant that the onslages is a definition, a Latin term that means you operate within a legal system of illegal status, but you have no physical existence. Yeah.

So, yeah, it's it's all been created. It's all been constructed by the elites, by the ones at the top, the ones that are controlling everything down below. Yeah.

So, of course, citizenship is not a status that you want to be a part of if you want to start taking back sovereign authority, control over your life. And before I move on to this slide, would you like to add something to that, please?

[Speaker 2] (12:32 - 13:07)
Yeah, just because I'm always questioning everything. And it's like if you have to get a passport, what must you do? You must go and get your birth cert.

So you have to go to a government organization, queue up, pay money, get a piece of paper and give that piece of paper back to another government organization to get a book that says your passport. And then if you open a bank account, you need that passport. But they won't accept that.

They're looking for a utility bill. And it's like everything is when you actually take the layers off, everything is nothing makes sense.

[Speaker 1] (13:08 - 15:32)
Yes. Yeah. This is becoming more and more extreme as well, because the entire system is built on extortion.

Right. So this is this this entire system was built out thousands of years ago from what I have come to know as the age of conquest. This is where the European kings and queens in the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th centuries under the banner of of God.

Yeah. These will be the religious wars, the religious conquests where they went across the lands of Europe, Africa, into the United Kingdom and across and over to the Americas to plant their flags at the behest of the Vatican because royalty and religion were operating in collusion. And their intention and their actions were to conquer lands, to conquest the people and take control of the people, land and resources so that they as predatory or parasitical entities or or men and women, whatever you want to call them, could start extracting value from the people, land and resources.

And it's all been built. Everything that we see today that as subsequent to those ages of conquest has been established on the principles of control and extortion. That's what it is.

It's a system of control and extortion. And of course, they need to identify you. They need to bond you.

They need to register you. They need proof from you in anything that you do where you're looking to access a service or benefit from the system. They're tracking you.

Monitoring is everything. It really is. And it's getting worse as well, Roy, because it only knows control and extortion.

It only knows to introduce more public policies, more legislative laws that are going to implement more measures of control. We're seeing it play out with the digital mainframe, the surveillance control system, the ultimate surveillance control system where you must operate for a digital avatar with a tracking, absolutely everything. So the full the the where they want to take us in the future is not to our benefit.

It really is a stoic future. Is that something you resonate with?

[Speaker 2] (15:32 - 16:24)
No, absolutely. When you say about all the different things going on in the world, it's an easy solution. We just need a parasite cleanses.

And that was everything. And like I've covered this on my awakening could maybe six months, a year back, because, you know, we're hearing about this digital ID for ages. For me to do anything in Ireland with revenue, I have to log into an account created by the government.

I can't bring up anybody. That's digital ID, really. Estonia, everything.

I've got my card. But to get the card, first of all, you know, they're taking the picture. And now it's like fingerprint and everything.

So you think you're free and you think the system is OK. But reality is every even the UK, every country already has a form of digital ID. They're just kind of up in the level.

So some people think I never do digital ID. We're already, unfortunately, inside the system.

[Speaker 1] (16:25 - 17:58)
Absolutely. Yeah. And let me please elaborate on that, because what you've just explained there is it's a hostile system that operates in dishonor and disrespect of human freedoms and rights because you're not given an option.

You're not given an alternative. Do you want to do this or do you want to go another way? It's you must do this if you want to access this.

And I'll share an experience with you, because, as you know, I travel around the world quite frequently. I'm moving about on a monthly basis to different countries. And in some countries, when you get to passport control, the only way you can get through the immigration passport control is by handing over your fingerprint, which they want to take.

And they want to scan of your eyes through biometric data. There is no choice. There is no option.

They're not honoring you. They're saying this is what you must do to go through. And if you don't go if you don't go through that process, you're not going into the country.

All right. So it's hostile. It's aggressive.

It's imposing its mechanisms of control and extortion over your life. And it's completely dishonoring and disrespecting your free will choice. Yeah, your natural freedoms and rights.

There is no equity in the system. Yeah. But the beautiful thing about it is because they're operating on this basis of not giving you an option of not performing in equity, you can now, as a sovereign authority, start to enact your own law procedures to get remedy and relief from this system and do so in accordance with the law of equity, which we can talk about in this presentation.

[Speaker 2] (17:59 - 18:47)
And it's certainly tangent because, as you were saying, coming out of the country, but when you're actually going in and you have the border control and they have these machines that know you stand inside it and it circles around it, they're highly radioactive, very dangerous. And loads of people even working there get cancer. So what you can do is you can say, I'm an opt out.

I don't want to do it. So you can actually choose to do that. But then they're patting you down and they're swabbing you and everything.

And I just make fun of it. I don't let it get stressed enough to put the hand around your belt on your inside waist. And I just looked at you and I said, oh, you must love your job.

And you could just see, you know, his life, you know, draining from him because, you know, I didn't allow him to make me stress because that's what they want. They want the power and control. And when you take that away from them.

So my suggestion to everybody is don't go through the machines. They're very dangerous.

[Speaker 1] (18:48 - 19:54)
Yes, I'm glad you mentioned that. And it also needs to be a level of acceptance and tolerance with what's going on, right? Because at the end of the day, when we when we're confronted by the agents that represent the system, you know, they're on a need to know basis.

They don't know what's going on. They're doing a job. They've got a family to say they just want to get on with the rest of the day, even if we think it's right or wrong.

We must still treat them with respect, you know, and not accuse them or make them the enemy. You know, we also need to think about the fact that, you know, time and energy and our emotions is the quality of our experience. Do we want to get caught up in conflicts and controversy and challenging and being stressed out by the system?

Or do we just want to get on with our life and just accept to a certain degree what's going on? Whilst at the same time, and I think this is the way of the tail, isn't it, which is a spiritual practice, is that you you live in in the in the still point in the middle, which is you accept it, and you don't accept it at the same time. You tolerate it and you don't tolerate it.

At the same time, you don't get polarized the system.

[Speaker 2] (19:55 - 19:57)
Yeah, you don't get stuck waiting to call it, isn't it?

[Speaker 1] (19:58 - 24:37)
Yeah, that's it. And you don't get stuck in a victim or villain mentality. Yeah, you try and stay in that still point of being the observer, being the witness, accepting it and not accepting it.

But also realizing that even though this is going on, I still have the creative capacity to make in my own personal life and influence my own personal community to make the necessary changes to to provide an alternative to what's going on in this world at the moment. And that kind of brings us on to this next slide, Roy, which is the current world paradigm. So from my perspective, and you and your audience may or may not agree, but from my perspective, I am experiencing as I travel around this world, widespread hardship and suffering.

That's what I'm personally experiencing. That's what I'm seeing with with the majority of humanity. You know, if we step out of the bubble of the major cities, where there is prosperity, there is affluence.

And you know, we see all the lovely shops, the designer shops and the nice cars riding down the road, people with successful businesses earning, you know, 10s and 10s of thousands. Yeah, that's all going on. But that is a small pocket that belongs in the city.

But if you go out to the rural areas of most countries, and I travel through them an awful lot, you're seeing poverty, you're seeing you're seeing hardship when you go into these towns, these villages, you're seeing a lot of boarded up shock fronts, you're seeing towns and communities riddled with vice, you know, I'll give you an example. You know, last time I was in the UK, I went I was in epic to visit my family. And I you know, I go down the high street, it's coffee shop, coffee shop, coffee shop, phone shop, phone shop, phone shop, vape shop, vape shop, vape shop.

Yeah. And you look at it and go, obviously, the government doesn't care what you do. Right?

All the government cares is, are you going to pay the tax? Because if you had a government is really caring about the quality of the community and the variety of the community, they would not allow it will die, they will not allow six different coffee shops to be down one street. That's ridiculous.

It's insane, right? And they would allow different organisations and different enterprises to set up actually truly do benefit humanity to actually provide goodness to the community. So, from my perspective, from what I've studied, from what I've researched, what I've experienced, I'm seeing a lot of hardship and suffering in this world.

And the societal systems of this world, they do support injustice, deception, corruption, war, poverty, famine, disease, and all the perpetual crisis that we seem to be experiencing with the banking system and the and the economics, everything else that's going on. It's all happening because the way this world has been set up because of the systems of governance, and banking, which is the control of the money supply, right? And it's the money supplier that's being used, that's being invested to continue the established system that we're seeing in this world that's causing so much problems, you know, so it's a case of stepping out outside of your own life for a moment, and start looking into the way other people live other communities live to see it.

Because I came to the conclusion, a long time ago, that we could live in a much better world, we could actually create a much better world with systems that actually honours and respects all people that gives all people the opportunity to experience prosperity, you know, but instead, we've got polarised economies, right? You know, I was recently in Nilla in the Philippines. And that was a really jarring experience, because you've got these massive cities, small cities inside Manila, with these huge buildings, these beautiful restaurants and supermarkets, all the rest of it, which is all built for tourism.

And then you've got the Filipinos, the people that actually live on the land, they're actual Filipinos born and bred on the land that are living in these squalors, in these really terrible parts of the city and living in poverty. And they're the ones that are getting up every day and going to work in the tourism industry to serve all people that are going into the country. It's mind-blowing.

For me, I look at it, I think that's not right. Something's gone wrong there.

[Speaker 2] (24:37 - 24:49)
And they're made smile as well, even on the hotels, like, you know, they're fired unless they're going around smiling and greeting everybody. You know, it's like that is, I mean, we're in the slavery world, but that's slavery squared when you look at something like that.

[Speaker 1] (24:50 - 25:59)
Absolutely. And the smiling that they're making and all the polite chitchat that they're making with you, this is all trained. They're being trained.

It's etiquette that's being trained, they're being trained to do as part of their way of earning the money. And I might have shared this with you before, previously in private, that when I was staying in a hotel in Manila, the Philippines, and the crime out there was to such a point that I, outside the hotel to walk into this, this was a four-star hotel, by the way, a really big hotel, a very well-known hotel. I had to be patted down before I walked into this hotel.

I had to go through a scanning machine, and I had to put my bags through a scanning machine to go into the hotel. And I remember turning around to the woman, I said, this, by the way, I said, this is a complete violation of my rights, what you're doing here. And I said, I feel like I'm walking into a prison.

I'm going to a hotel, but you're making me feel like I'm walking into a prison. I said, this, I actually said, this is an example of how full your nation state is that you've got to this point where you're patting people down to walk into hotels.

[Speaker 2] (26:02 - 26:44)
Crazy. And just quick, because you were on about all the different, you know, coffee shops and everything. I went to Birmingham 25 to 30 years ago, I was doing a kind of online quantity surveying.

So we got trained to do this thing for just quantity surveying of the mechanical contracting system. And I remember seeing the Indian restaurants. I don't know, was that 30 or 50?

It was just Indian restaurant. I could not get my head around that. It's like, how, wait, if you were going to open a restaurant, you would open in the opposite direction.

It does not make sense that you, can you explain that one to me? That was like, I don't know, 30, 50, maybe even more. I don't know.

But it was like, this is strange.

[Speaker 1] (26:45 - 28:24)
Yeah, I agree with you. I see that an awful lot in Asian countries, more so than in Europe. So for example, I'm in Malaysia right now, Kuala Lumpur.

I can walk into, there's a shopping centre, not so far away from me. It's a huge shopping centre. It's 10 floors and it's completely devoted to phones and electronics.

So you walk into this entire shopping centre, this enclosed shopping centre with lifts and escalator stairs in the centre, and all around spiralling up 10 floors, it's nothing but phone shop, electronic shop, computer, laptop shop. And they're all obviously competing against each other. And because they're all in the same spot, right, they are hassling you as you're walking up.

Hey, sir. Hey, sir. Come over here.

Come over here. Yeah. And it's a very unpleasant experience.

And it's very odd that you would choose to go into that setup and sell the same stuff as 100 other people right there in front of you. How do you make money? How do you actually make money?

That to me is a level of insanity, not from only from your own personal actions, but also for the government that's said, yeah, let's all put you in that particular spot there. So you can be against each other, which again, for me is a failure of governments, right? Because you're not making it, you're not making it fair or giving people a fair opportunity to make themselves distinct or separate from other suppliers in the area.

You're throwing them all together in the same mix. How on earth are they supposed to make a living? You know, I can't explain.

It makes no sense whatsoever.

[Speaker 2] (28:25 - 30:02)
The thing as well is a lot of people, you know, they get the entrepreneurial bug, they say, I'm going to do something because I worked in the kind of franchise world as well, you know, selling franchises as a master franchise and everything. I've always after that kind of paid attention to different shops. So if I go into a supermarket, there are so many of them go bust.

And what they do is they put down, it looks like it's part of the shop. So they put all the banners that it's not no longer a shop inside. It looks like it's a wall or something like that.

So you don't know that it's gone until they then replace it and something else comes in. And in which where I am now, I'm just constantly seeing. And the thing is, people don't realize a lot of people, they buy this and then they have a date.

I've heard of people, even Jabka, that's like a small little shop. And they have dates for life because they don't understand the system and how it's done. So nobody even knows that there's people failing here.

There's constantly, I see it constantly. I just, because I remember where different shops are and they're gone. And I just, every time I do it, my heart kind of bleeds and I go, that's another person now that their whole life, because there's a lot of people connected, not just the people working there.

And it's all 95% of people just walk by thinking nothing, because it's just makes it look like it's just part of the wall with lovely graphics and everything. And if you pay attention or on the main street, as you said earlier, constantly, except for the Walmarts, the big boys, they're okay. But the people that have heavily invested and they're trying to make a better life for themselves, there's a lot that they're getting caught.

[Speaker 1] (30:03 - 33:30)
Yeah, I completely agree with you on that. I completely resonate with that. And again, that brings it back to a hostile system that completely dishonors life.

Because if you had a system on of life that wanted the best for everybody that genuinely did care about each and individual person, then they would be teaching them as a subject in school, about how to create products and services about enterprise about communicating with people about setting up some type of business. Yeah, about going out there into the marketplace, they wouldn't be teaching you lessons on French. It's insanity, Russell.

Exactly. Yeah, we're gonna do French lessons every week, but you're never going to go to that country, you're never going to use that language, it's a load of information you don't need, it's completely irrelevant to your life. What we should be teaching you is about business, about money, about setting up lawful entities, about being successful, about being able to acquire debt to fund the business and being able to manage that debt and pay off that debt.

So you don't get in trouble. So you don't experience hardships, you don't experience suffering. But again, it's a hostile system.

The government doesn't care if you will succeed or fail. They just care, are you going to pay the tax receipts, and the banks don't care what you do with the money, they don't care, because at the end of the day, they're going to get their money back, because it goes back into the system anyway, and their inclusion with the government. So again, it's a really hostile system.

And it's got so many different facets of it that completely dishonour humanity. So getting back to this presentation, we're going to talk about the future of wealth building, and doing it by establishing a private estate. Okay, so a private estate is an estate that you as a sovereign man or woman can establish outside of the system.

Because at the moment, your business, your house, your car, and all your other assets, investments and interests. That's what is the system recognises as your estate. And right now you have a public estate, because it's all registered, licensed, incorporated and contracted in the public domain with public agencies, under the authority of the Crown Estate.

You can create a private estate outside of the system. And you can build multi generational wealth because it's a private estate that can be passed along to your survivors, your successors. And the reason it can produce multi generational wealth is because it's involved in charitable and missionary organisations and projects that can manage and build wealth without any tax implications.

And we can get into that, and where it focuses on new world services and systems that actually benefits and involves humanity. And you want to be getting involved in that from my perspective, because this world is screaming out for the alternative. This world is so far in the negative in the hardship and the suffering that if you are to come along with systems and services that truly benefits, that truly cares about humanity, offers an alternative that does help people that does evolve people that does move people into a better world that benefits them going forward, then 100% you are going to be successful and you are going to create a powerful estate.

[Speaker 2] (33:31 - 36:07)
And, you know, just going back in the previous thing, and with that as well, I mean, we need to change the schooling system as well, because it is so infiltrated. And even if I go back, you know, I mean, as born in 72, we start school at four. And, you know, you're going into school and you're standing up, you're saying prayer straight away, you know, you have to stand up, the teacher comes in, wear a uniform, everything was down to memory.

And as you say, like we did two hours of Irish a day. I could tell you a prayer in Irish. And if you ask me what the words are in the middle, I have no clue.

And unfortunately, this probably 90, 95% of Irish people, it's the exact same because it was just taught incorrectly, I think intentionally. And yeah, we do learn any of the life skills that you need know. So, I mean, I've even brought in people on my podcast talking about the education system in America and how it's all infiltrated, how they do the whole lot with the union.

Every single thing is done to make you a slave. So you comply, you go into cooperation to make it look like this is the system or your success. If you get the top marks, then you get into the top college, then you get to the job.

It's all a rat race. I mean, if you actually look at it and look at, you know, you're in a box, you go to another box, you go to another box and you're a success and you're out of your other box, which is your home, you're working in a box thinking that's success. And you might have a Ferrari, but you're not really, you know, living life.

And the reality is the school has, we have to create a new system for that as well, where your learning skills, cooking skills, every single thing that you need in life to make life better, it's possible, but you have to get away. And they have control with, even like if people take, you know, cause they can't afford to go on holidays in the summer. They don't want it because there's like, you know, a gazillion people.

You can barely lie on the beach or get a, you know, a place by the pool that they go and say October, cause it's cheaper. Maybe they can't afford it. And then the school will go, no, you can't take your child out.

Yet the child will learn 10 times more going on holidays, seeing different cultures, seeing different things, but they control them. It's same with like they come in and they start giving them jabs without even telling the parents. So like people think this is, the system is good.

Most people don't even check what's going on in the school with their kids. So the parents are actually very responsible as well for the whole system, the way it's doing. They just, they look at like a babysitting service.

Okay, here you go into the school. No, you have to work to get the money. But if you actually take the layers off and look at it, the whole thing is orchestrated, infiltrated to make the system work the way it does, because they have your child for 15 years, maybe more when they go to college 20 years.

[Speaker 1] (36:08 - 39:45)
Yeah, I agree with most of what you've just said there. The education system is an expression of this system, right? So the entire education system itself is based on top down authority and control.

Right? So the kids go into a classroom, they're being taught down to by an authoritative figure, and they become passive consumers, passive consumers of irrelevant information, that they're not going to be used information is not tailored to them, specifically, because we are all different. We all come into this world with unique abilities, unique perspectives and capabilities and all the rest of it.

And it's tuition, not intuition. So tuition is with we're telling you how it is. And we're telling you how it's got to be.

It's not allowing the child to unfold from the inside out and express their views, their thoughts on how things should operate. And ultimately, it's mind program. Yeah.

And a lot of people, not everybody, because some people obviously go into that system, and they excel, because they're very academic. And of course, those ones, though, though the ones that do excel are quickly identified. They're pulled up through the system, and they typically go into governmental systems, yeah, which are going to control the rest of us.

But the majority of children, they come out lost and confused from the system. They don't know what they want to do. They don't know who they are.

They don't know what their purpose is. And they've got their mind filled with all this garbage. And now they're going into a world where they're not getting the adequate attention from their parents because and it's not their parents fault.

Their parents are so caught up in the busyness of life, trying to maintain a family, maintain a business, and all the rest of it, that the children still remain lost. And they're still trying to figure out their own way. And they're hanging around with their mates.

And so what you've got is you've got immature and dumb creatures learning from immature and dumb creatures. And I don't use that word as an offensive word, as in they are dumbed down, because they will never allow the freedom or given the right information to fully express themselves and evolve and develop as human beings. So yeah, 100% part of an estate reformation, part of us creating estates outside of the system, and focusing on new world services systems is that we can create a new, for lack of a better word, because we'd want to find a better word, we can create a new educational system.

That replaces or not replaces becomes the alternative. Yeah, so what's going on at the moment where people can actually children can come into this educational system that we create sovereigns, and where they can truly express their own intention, their own free will choice. And rather than us, program their minds, we allow their minds to explore all different aspects of reality.

And we give them the freedom to choose. And we're there just simply to guide them on their journey, but making sure they get like learn skills, right appropriate skills that they're going to need, like forming relationships with people, beneficial relationships, communication skills, yeah, how to acquire property, how to form contracts, how to build businesses and everything else that's really important for them to succeed in society. So that would be the purpose of this estate reformation one.

Before I get into the structure, would you like to add anything?

[Speaker 2] (39:46 - 39:49)
No, I think I'll stop adding no, because this will be a three hour one.

[Speaker 1] (39:50 - 45:34)
No worries. So what is the estate reformation is where you as a sovereign man or woman can create a private estate structure. What is a private estate structure?

It is a structure of unique, lawful entities that you create outside of the system. And it is a multi layered structure. So you've got private estate, you've got order of overseer, which administrates the estate, you've got a line of succession, you've got what's known as a master benefit.

This is a unique lawful entity that holds and manages private equity for charitable and missionary activities for humanitarian and environmental projects. And once you've set up this private estate structure outside of the system, you will have a structure that can own and build wealth through humanitarian and environmental projects without any tax implications, doing so for the best interests of humanity and where you get equity protection and tax immunity. And we can get into the details of this.

And what you're seeing on this presentation slide here, Roy, is a sample document. So here's a sample document from our organisation Academy. And what that document is, it's a documented form of a sovereign man or woman's expression, sovereign free will expression to create a unique lawful entity, right?

Because if you are going to create unique lawful entity, what you're actually doing is you're creating a structure in law, where that structure has been defined by private law terms of how a particular value or activity of your life is going to be managed. And because you are a sovereign man or woman, it is you that creates the unique lawful entity. So you don't go register, incorporate or license it in a public system.

You create this privately, and you create it by expressing the private laws onto a document. Okay, that document then becomes proof that you have determined how a particular value or a particular activity is going to be owned, held, managed and operate in accordance with your life and estate. And so this unique lawful entity known as a private estate, it's established as an alliteration soul.

Now, alliteration, Roy, is a new word that we've created in our society. We've created this word alliteration, and it means that a unique lawful entity has been created by a living man or woman and is operated by a living man or woman. And the reason we've done that is because we are separating and distinguishing this unique lawful entity from a corporation.

Because in the public system, it's all corporations, right? No matter what country you go to, if you want to start a business or you want to create value or do an activity, it's typically incorporated in the system. You get a corporation certificate, and you're running a corporation.

And a corporation is basically an entity, a legal entity that is controlled by the legal system, and it's operated by legal persons. Now, of course, if you're a sovereign man or woman, you're no longer a legal person, right? Because you're not operating in the system.

Therefore, you cannot operate with a corporation. Instead, you're going to operate with an alliteration soul. So instead of it being corporate as in a dead entity, it's an alliteration which is created by people that are living.

And therefore, that means that the crown on state or public agencies can never come along and go, right, that's a corporation. No, it's not. It's an alliteration soul.

It's created by living men, and it's been expressed in this document. So therefore, you cannot claim or control this entity. It's also formed as private contract.

So it's a private contract between you, as the sovereign man or woman who creates this entity, and the divine source of creation that gifted you life. And that private contract is between you and the divine source of creation. And no other party outside of the private contract can impair, contravene, overrule, or set aside the private laws of that contract that you have formed in accordance with your free will choice with the divine source of creation.

Because for a third party to come along and do that would be a definition of slavery because they're looking to own and control the value and activity that you've placed into this unique lawful entity. All right. So again, what I'm sharing with your audience is, I'm showing the audience how they can create lawful entities as a sovereign man or woman who has supreme authority over matters of your own life and state.

In this document, we make it very expressly expressed very clearly that this is an unincorporated association. All right, so it's not incorporated anywhere in the system. So the whole point of a unique lawful entity is that you can create a unique lawful entity, you don't have to go and create a trust or corporation in the system.

And you as a sovereign man or woman can get a pen and paper and start creating your own private laws. You can start determining and defining and governing the value and activities of your life, separate and independent from nation state. And it all happens when you start to put it in documented form as proof of your sovereign free will choice.

[Speaker 2] (45:37 - 46:03)
I'll put on the hat of some people what they'll be thinking. I'm glad you actually explained a liberation soul because when I saw that word, because it's kind of highlighted, I was like, I don't know what that word was. I was going to ask you, so could you explain this?

But a lot of people now will be gone. If I do that, they'll just attack me because they'll feel that the governments, the power to be the city, that they're going to just go straight after me. So how would you?

[Speaker 1] (46:03 - 49:12)
Yeah, that's a valid point. So let's speak to that, because that is a fear and concern of many of the members that first start out within our organization is what if I do this over here, is the government going to come along and say, right, no, you can't do that, or we own that, or we control that. So that comes back to stepping into your sovereign authority and power, because one thing that you must do first before you create a private state structure is that you must sever and separate your actual life from the citizen, right?

It comes back to the fact that you are not the citizen. And the only way that the crown state or any one of its public agencies can claim authority and control over what you're doing is if you are recognized, treated, classified and under their venue jurisdiction as a registered citizen. They simply cannot do it if you've removed all consent, revoked or rescinded all contracts, licenses, incorporations and all the rest of it.

And you're now standing as a sovereign authority as a living man or woman. And it basically comes down to this. If they do try to assert a claim and control of what you're doing, then the onus is on them to prove that they have a right to control or claim what you're doing.

Yeah. And if they cannot prove that right, which they cannot prove, then they simply must cease and desist. Or they must simply go to a court and demonstrate that they have proved to claim and control your life.

And if you have not given them authority, you have not given them permission and you've withdrawn all consent, then for them to go against your free will choice and say, no, you can't do that over there. You must do what we're saying over here. It's the definition of slavery, because what they're saying is I own and control your life.

I own and control what you do. And it's very, very simple. They cannot make that claim.

They cannot stay in that climate. This comes back to you being knowing the laws. All right, knowing your rights, knowing your freedoms and going through the process of learning all this so that you can stand in your sovereign authority.

You can express your authority and you can defend yourself against any claims made by any of these agencies, which is very easy to do, by the way, because I always encourage your listeners to go back on the previous conversations, because everything that's going on in that public system is being done in fiction and fraud. And when you become sovereign, when you step into the private, when you restructure your life, become a living man or woman, sovereign authority, you're standing in pure truth and right action. And so you can easily expose any of their claims as being fictitious or being fraudulent.

And the moment you do, and we teach people to do this inside our academy, is they just back off. They back away because they know that their position, their claim is untenable and they know it would never sit in a book of law. So that would be my response.

[Speaker 2] (49:13 - 49:14)
Excellent. Love it.

[Speaker 1] (49:15 - 52:10)
Let's move on to the next part of this private estate structure. So what we've done is we've created this private estate structure with separate lawful entities. So what you have is you have a private estate that you create, and this private estate is going to hold the equity and rights of any property, assets and interests and business ventures.

But what we've done is we've created the administration of this estate as a separate, unique, lawful entity. And the reason that we've done that is because you as a sovereign man or woman would take the position of being an overseer of the private estate, which means you have management control and authority over this state, but you're doing so from a separate, unique, lawful organisation, which means should an authority come after you personally and try and attach a claim or liability to you personally, that claim and liability can then cannot be attached to the private estate that holds the equity of the property, assets and interests. Yeah, so we've separated the equity of the wealth that you currently have into a unique lawful entity.

And your management of that wealth is placed into a different unique lawful entity where there's no attachment claim that could be made. And that gives you a layer of protection for any equity that you are managing in your life. The reason we also create this separate unique lawful entity known as the order of overseer is that you can then create what's known as a line of succession.

And what that basically means is that you would appoint your survivors or family members to be the next in line to take the position of being the overseer for this order as the management structure for the estate. So when you pass away, you would pass along the position of overseer and your family members can step into that position and start managing your stakeholdings. And by the way, if you were to look at all the elite families in the United Kingdom, we can use the British royal family as an example.

That's exactly how they've set up their estates. That's exactly how they set up their estates. Look at the royal family, the line of succession, the office of the monarchy.

The office of the monarchy manages the crown commonwealth. The crown commonwealth is part of the HM Treasury. It's all been separated into unique lawful entities.

So what happens to one unique lawful entity does not affect the other unique lawful entity. It's a sophisticated way of protecting the equity of everything that you build and do within this world. Do you want to add anything to that before I move on to the next slide?

[Speaker 2] (52:10 - 52:29)
I mean, it's like we touched on it before, like you look at all these rich families and everything and people kind of look, how are they doing it? It's just those little pegs and things that they can put together. And it's totally legal.

They know how to do it. So now it's just a case of if they can do it, you can do it and don't think that they're above you.

[Speaker 1] (52:30 - 54:18)
Exactly. One hundred percent. So that's what we're doing.

We're sharing this to everybody, but everybody that wants to get involved in something like this will make it very easy to do so. And the reason that these families, these elites are in positions and wealth and power is because they have established that wealth and power over multiple generations. And the reason they've been able to establish that wealth and power is they've been able to take the value of outside of the system and protect the value where it's not being exhausted or going towards taxation, because if you've got a normal public estate, contrary to what you might believe or think at the moment, if you actually sat down and do the figures, you would be paying anywhere between 40 to 60 percent in tax on the value of your estate that's depleting your wealth.

And then what happens with a normal state when you pass away? It goes into a probate court process. Your family then have to go to the probate court.

And then what happens is they have to pay 40 percent inheritance tax, which depletes the estate even more. And in that process, normal people in the system aren't able to build wealth and pass it along because the system is constantly extorting value from their estate. But the people at the top and what I'm showing you and sharing with your audience today is that you can restructure everything into unique lawful entities outside of the system and protect the majority of what you earn in the system.

So you can build properly, build a lot of wealth within your lifetime and pass it on to the generations without there being any inheritance tax, without your family members having to go into a probate court process. It's all done privately as a private estate. Does that make sense?

[Speaker 2] (54:18 - 54:56)
It does. I have another one on that now. And this is coming from, I suppose, when we went through the lockdown and some people could see exactly what it was and others couldn't and family members were falling out because different belief systems.

So this is different, say, for the Rockefellers Rothschilds because it's inbred into them. They know the system for hundreds of years. They know some people.

It's only going to know that they're starting to get into it. Their loved ones might get it and go against everything they're doing. I know that what you said about the tax, how do you navigate that one?

[Speaker 1] (54:58 - 59:21)
Great question. And we're going to get into that because the entire private state structure is established so that the equity, the holdings are protected from any adverse behaviours of family members or any other operatives that come into the estate. So it's all about the mission and purpose of the estate as a separate entity.

And the family members are limited and restricted in terms of what they can and cannot do in relation to this private estate. All right. So let's get into that.

So let's look at the subject of wealth presentation, wealth protection that leads us beautifully into this subject. So as part of the private state structure, you would create a unique law for when to entity known as a master benefit. Now, this master benefit has been created with a charitable and missionary cause so that it can own so it can receive, own, hold and build private equity with equity protection and tax immunity.

Now, this master benefit is structured to operate with five benefactors. We spoke about this in the first presentation. So it's first of all, created by a court order, which means a court order brings this into existence.

You don't as the beneficiary, you don't as a grantor and you don't want to bring this into existence because the moment you do, the Inland Revenue can come along and claim that it's a grantor arrangement and they have tax loans for that. So we do it by a court order. There was a living beneficiary attached to this master benefit.

The living beneficiary is someone that invests private equity into this unique lawful entity and can receive life benefits. They hold the equitable rights. And also as part of this organization, there is a benefactor known as the order of superseers.

Now, the order of superseers are again, an administration structure that have the lawful rights to manage the private equity of private laws of this structure. And that means they also have rights to protect the private equity of this benefit from the living beneficiaries. Now, this private state structure is established a line of succession, which is separate to the benefit would include family members and family members can become living beneficiaries of this benefit.

They can become living beneficiaries of the equity that's contained as the estate holdings, but they have limited rights to the private equity. They cannot claim the private equity that's contained in the benefit because the benefit is set up as an irrevocable benefit that has a duration of 25 years. So whatever you put into this private benefit, whether it's the equity of real estate property, personal possessions, a vehicle, an asset, an interest, a business venture, whatever it is, it's secured into this private benefit arrangement.

It's secured into private law terms and where your family members can only become living beneficiaries with only a lawful right to receive benefits from the benefit, but they can never own it or control the equity that's vested into it. And that's how we protect the private equity of the private estate from any family members that go against the mission and purpose of this entire private state structure that you would set up as a sovereign man or woman, and you would decide what that mission is in the course of your own personal conscience, principles and values. All right, so everything that you set up to protect the equity of the estate going forward perpetuity to pass along to the next generations, it can never be compromised, corrupted or disrupted by any beneficiaries that have different perspectives, different ideas, different motives to how this thing is set up and structured.

And again, that is how everyone that's in wealth and power has managed to endure throughout the generations because no one single person in the family can compromise this private state structure. Hopefully that made sense.

[Speaker 2] (59:22 - 59:44)
It does. And just because you said a court order that you do it by court order. Yeah.

Yes. So just from my experience and what I see going on in the world, I don't know, is there any courts that are not controlled? Is there any way that they can stop that?

How can you get a court order in a corrupt system?

[Speaker 1] (59:45 - 1:02:39)
Yeah. So again, that's another great question. This comes back to the fact that we're a sovereign organization or a sovereign society, right?

So our grace private society is not part of the system. It's not established in the system. It's not registered, incorporated, licensed or contracted with any part of Crown State.

We stand as a completely independent sovereign society within this world. That means we create private laws. We have our own constitution.

We have our own private court. We have our own judicial system that's created to serve the members of our society. That means we don't conform with the judicial system of any other nation state in this world.

They don't have jurisdiction over our lives. We have claimed and we stand independent from all other court systems in this world. We don't recognize or accept their authority.

All right. So when I say this private estate structure and its unique lawful entities are created by a court order, they're created by our court order from our private court. And our private court, by the way, is our members.

We all come together to convene as our own court to decide over our own lawful matters of our own lives in the state outside of the system. We are truly stepping into our own sovereign authority and powers. Yeah.

So if you look at any nation state, for example, we use the nation state was formed in this world. It does exactly that. It forms its own government.

It forms its own economy, its own court systems. It creates its own society. Right.

That's how all nation states formed in all lands across this world. We're doing exactly the same thing as our own sovereign society. And anyone steps into or forms a private contract to become a member of our society, then they step into the venue and jurisdiction of our society.

They conform with our constitutional law. They agree to do all their lawful matters important to their life and state within our private court. All right.

So that's how we're able to do it. And the reason we're doing this is we're doing this as a remedy and as a solution to the corrupt and fouling systems that we've got on the map with most most nation states. We're doing this because it's appalling that we have as humans.

Yeah. Instinctively, that we want to evolve beyond the current system. So this is this is unprecedented, is evolutionary, and it's a new way forward to a new future for people that have had enough of the corrupt and fouling system.

So hopefully that kind of explains a little bit as to how.

[Speaker 2] (1:02:39 - 1:03:58)
I mean, even if you think a country is kind of sovereign or acting in sovereignty and they're part of the EU, that goes out the window, because even with Ireland, it was like the Lisbon Treaty. I remember that. I remember I started investigating that.

I know it was 1989. I'm not sure when Ireland came into the EU countries, but it was like everything was going against it and we voted no, but we obviously voted wrong. And they'd done another election and all the politicians were like, oh, you must vote.

Yes, you must vote. Yes. So then they voted.

Yes. Like where do you have an election where if you get the wrong result, you have to go again and you just see how they're controlling everything, how the borders go. Oh, you have to take people now or if you don't, it's 20,000 euro fine for each person that you're not taking in.

And you're like, so sometimes people are thinking, oh, this EU thing is great. And I remember one time there's a guy, Luke Ming, he had a hidden camera. He's an MP, an Irish MP from Limerick.

And he was on about how they make the rules and regulations. You can't go in and get the documentation and share it or whatever. You have to go in.

You can't record it. You're accompanied by somebody. There's no windows there.

And you're reading the thing. You can make some notes. And that's how they're making rules and regulations.

So, you know, there's something up when you have to do it later.

[Speaker 1] (1:03:59 - 1:09:19)
Absolutely. Yeah, it's most from my experience, most countries, most nation states have lost their sovereign independence. Right.

Yeah. And a lot of it goes back to the banking system, because, you know, for example, let's look at the United Kingdom. It operates with a public debt administration that's being run by the Chancellor of Exchequer.

So the whole financial system is debt. It's all debt and the debt is owed to the central banks. Yep.

And the central banks are dictating the fiscal policy that the Chancellor of Exchequer is, you know, making public policy and placing over the people of the nation state who are saddled up with the debt as a national debt. And of course, that means that the banking cartel and they are a banking cartel, they're a Swiss banking cartel because they go all the way back to the World Bank, International Bank of Settlements. They're dictating the financial policy.

They're dictating the economic policy of the nation states and the economic policy affects every facet of life. Right. And the politicians, as you just mentioned, they have to conform with the dictates that are coming from the top.

So their interests are with the people at the top, with the real powers behind the scenes, not with the best interests of the people. And it all comes down to business, isn't it? Because these new people, these immigrants that are coming into the country and being allowed to come to the country, it's business, it's money, it's more creative life force that they can securitise in their banking system, that they can create more legislative bills.

Just look at the word bill. What is the bill? What's the charge?

What's the charge? Well, they're legislating a new type of industry that they can bring into fruition and they're charging it against the people of the nation state. They're going to the bank, they're borrowing the loan against the bill, which is financial security, and it's saddled up as a national debt.

These people that are in control are traitors. They've sold out the people. And we're seeing the end game of it right now.

And so everything that we're doing and that we're talking about in terms of sovereignty, in terms of a sovereign society, in terms of you claiming sovereign authority, restructuring the matters of your life of state into the private with independence, is about you removing yourself from the system. It's about you getting freedom so you can start again and start to direct your traitor's capacity to creating a new world that truly benefits us going forward. That brings us on to this next slide.

What we're doing here with these sovereign procedures is not just some airy fairy thing that we're doing in private inside our room, creating a document, that's it. I've created a document, so therefore it must be. No, we're actually not only putting it in documented form, but we're actually taking actions in the course of that document that we're producing.

And one of the things that we must do when we're creating these unique lawful entities is we must get them adjudicated. And that means that we must get them established as facts of law. And we must get them established as facts of law in both the public and private.

So let's speak to this public adjudication process, because if you're going to create a unique lawful entity in the private, and it's going to be a multi-jurisdictional entity, which means you can still operate public interests, right? You can still operate a business, you can still buy and sell real estate property, you can still invest, you can still acquire assets. You're going to need to do that in public and you would do it through private holding entities, right, that are in the private.

But you need to have some form of recognition and validation in the public, because obviously when you're interacting with public agencies, you must be able to demonstrate and prove that you've got this private organisation. And so one of the things that we do to get this private estate structure recognised in the public is we serve public notice, okay? So we would print a notice in a public newspaper for four weeks, which is a due process of law, to notify the general public that we have created a private estate as a fact of law.

We also go to a public notary that's been approved by a state, been approved by the state, a state-approved public notary, that will witness our documents to affirm that they are authentic, true and original documents, and whereby they become a public witness that we have created the private estate as a fact of law. And once you've done those two things, public notice, public notarisation, your documents, if you should ever need to present them to a public agency to prove that you do have a unique lawful entity that does stand and operate as a fact of law, once they've received those notices and notarisations, they cannot deny or object the fact that there's a private unique lawful entity, they must immediately accept it as a fact of law.

That's a very important process, so I'm interested to get your perspective on that.

[Speaker 2] (1:09:20 - 1:09:33)
Just on the notarisation, because I'm hearing different things as well about you have a public notary and a notary public and they're so-called different, that you have to go to one that the other isn't good. Is there any truth in that?

[Speaker 1] (1:09:36 - 1:09:38)
Sorry, can you explain that to me again?

[Speaker 2] (1:09:38 - 1:10:00)
There's two different types of notaries and yeah, like they're saying, I think the way that they word it is like a public notary or a notary public and one is more government organisation and the other is more kind of, it's like for the people kind of thing, it's what you want, documentation is as it is and some people make sure you don't go to this one because this is the right one. Is there any truth in that?

[Speaker 1] (1:10:01 - 1:11:20)
Yeah, what's really important is when you go to what we call public notary is they must be approved at state level, so the government has approved them and certified them to be able to witness public documents. That means once you get a notary that's been approved by a state to witness and authenticate your documents, that means the state has approved and witnessed your documents. They're for and on behalf of the state as opposed to another notary that is not state approved.

Yeah, and there's thousands and thousands of them out there where they haven't got certification, so it has to be state approved. They must be able to show you a certification that gives them authorisation to authenticate public documents. All right, so yeah, that's an important distinction.

So you've done that when you're creating a private state structure. You've created the documents, you put everything you've documented for, you've expressed all the private laws that are going to protect your value and activities in the private, you've got it all recognised in the public with a public notice and public notarisation as an adjudicated fact of law, then you would need to get it done in the private.

[Speaker 2] (1:11:20 - 1:11:33)
All right, so you would then bring your If I can just go back, you mentioned a month, you have to do it for a month. Does that mean that you have to have it in the paper for the 28 days or 30 days or something like every day has to be in there?

[Speaker 1] (1:11:34 - 1:14:11)
Yes, you would do. You'd have to do it for a four week run, which is the minimum, and that would satisfy a due process of law, which means you've given the general public enough time to become aware of the notice that you've given them and you've given them enough time to contact you if they had any disputes or issues in what you have claimed, what you have notified them. All right, so you've given the general public enough time to view it and to respond to you to dispute any claims that you've made in your notice.

Once that four weeks is over, if you've not had any claims or any disputes, that's it. It stands as an adjudicated fact of law that the public had been notified and now they recognize the fact that there is a private stoke structure that exists as created by you. You can also get the newspaper to give you an affidavit to confirm that you've made the publication, which will then become proof, documented proof that you can file and keep at a later date should you need to produce it to a public agency.

That's pretty much it. If you do get a response from the general public, then, of course, you need to respond to whoever has responded to you and you need to address the matter and resolve the matter and have that as recorded and documented proof as well. All right.

Any disputes? Let's talk about any disputes that could possibly be made. What disputes could be made?

The only disputes that a member of the general public could make is a dispute about the nature and function of this state that you've created, because what you're actually notifying the general public is you're saying, right, I've created this private state. It's a unique lawful entity. It's in a private venue jurisdiction.

It does not operate in a public domain. It's got this nature. It's got this function.

It's part of this society. It operates within these laws. I'm positioned as the overseer of it.

It's got a board of superseers, this, that, A, B, C, D and F. This is the structure, purpose and function of this estate. If they dispute that or someone comes back and disputes that, then they need to provide proof that substantiates their claim that your estate doesn't exist or function as you've claimed it to exist and function.

And the fact of the matter is they're not going to be able to provide any proof to substantiate their claim. So very rarely would you get a claim or dispute come from the public notice. I've never heard of it.

I've never seen it.

[Speaker 2] (1:14:11 - 1:14:39)
And you mentioned that the paper can give you kind of like an affidavit of saying that you've done it. But I know that for planning permission as well, the way I had to do it is you just cut out the newspaper because it's showing the date with your ad in it, but you don't want to be doing 28 days of that. But is there, I know we kind of touched on that the last time saying that some newspapers and newspapers have kind of changed, but is there any kind of requirement that it has to have a certain circulation or has to be only these papers or something like that?

[Speaker 1] (1:14:40 - 1:16:04)
There is a particular paper which is known as an adjudicating newspaper and an adjudicating newspaper has been authorized by the state to carry legal notices. So if you put a notice in an adjudicating newspaper, then it's as good as a legal notice. And that means that the notice can be used as evidence in a public court situation should you need to prove and demonstrate to a claimant that you've served the notice.

However, not all newspapers are adjudicating. You might not be able to find an adjudicating newspaper in your area. And if you cannot find an adjudicating newspaper, then you use the law of necessity to use any type of newspaper.

The most important thing is that you get the public notice out there. Also, I want to make an important distinction that is if you do use an adjudicating newspaper that recognizes your notice as a legal notice, as part of your public notice, you can put a statement to say that the matters of your notice does not confer, infer, inform, conform, or convey any legal jurisdiction over to the grand state. And as long as you express that as an intention in your notice, then they can have a turnaround and say, well, you've put it into a legal format.

That means therefore we have jurisdiction or authority over your matters. Does that make sense?

[Speaker 2] (1:16:05 - 1:16:35)
Yeah. Yeah. And just curious because I remember when I was doing say the planning, I mean, it depends on the amount of letters obviously that you have to put in for the thing, but it was over a hundred pound just for one ad, which would then be multiplied by the 20 days.

And if we take into effect what they're probably charging, no, it could be three, four X for that paper that you mentioned. What's the approximate cost on like this date? Because obviously things can change.

[Speaker 1] (1:16:35 - 1:23:45)
Yeah. So again, let me go back to the law of necessity, right? Because everyone has different means, right?

Different financial needs. So some people can go to a big newspaper, an adjudicated newspaper and spend the hundreds to thousands of pounds to do the modification. Some people don't, some people just don't have the financial budget to do that.

Therefore they need to use a local newspaper, a local gazette, the local area and exercise the law of necessity, which means it's necessary to use that because that that's all I could afford to use. So it's going to cost you about thousands going into 1,000, 1,200, 1,003, 4, depending on the newspaper. It could escalate more than that if you use a national newspaper, but you don't really need to use a national newspaper.

And if you go into a local gazette, it's going to be in its hundreds. Yeah. So again, it really depends on your personal circumstances, but it is an important part of the process to get it recognized and notified in the public to make your entire procedure and process, a due process of law, make it robust and beyond attack.

The private process, which we're going to talk about now, is the fact that if you do become the of a private society, all the members of that private society are required to go through the adjudication process to their own private court. And what that means is they would come forth to initiate their own court hearing. They would bring forward the documents that they've created for their own private state.

And then we would go through a hearing procedure where they express the fact that they've created documents, that they've had documents witnessed, that they've autographed the documents, that they've fingerprint sealed the documents so that we, as a private court, can authenticate and witness documents as true and originals, and where they would then get a certification from our court to say that we have recognized their documents, recognized their private state structure, and where it would be recorded, put into our court archives. That then becomes what we refer to as a sovereign court record, because the great thing about going through the process of transitioning into sovereignty with an organization, with a society, is that we can record all your documents and put them together in one place that we hold as a court archive record. And should you ever get into any claims and disputes with any organizations in the public, whether it's a public authority, an agency, or a public service provider, you can come to our court and go, right, I've got this particular situation.

They're making a particular claim against my life and estate. How do I deal with this? What particular documents do I need?

And then we can go through our court archives, we can bring forth the documents, and then we can start advising our member on what they need to do. And we can also then provide the support of issuing court instruments to help them. So whether that's a court order, a court writ, a court cease and desist, a court affidavit, a court judgment, or court order, there are various different instruments that we can provide once the member of our organization has had their documents recorded in our own private court.

All right, good. So that's the process of getting recorded. Now let's talk about bank accounts, because bank accounts are in a public system, right?

And the only way that you can get a bank account in that system is if you are a legal person. So if you're producing identification to say that you're a UK citizen, you can't get it any other way. Yes, you can get a bank account through a trust that's been registered in the system, or through a corporation that's been registered in the system.

But to then get the trust and the corporation, of course, you then need to be a UK citizen or a legal person. And so that poses a dilemma, an issue for us that want us, for us that want to maintain our privacy and sovereignty in our own venue and jurisdiction. How do we create access to a public bank account?

Because obviously, we need a bank account to receive and handle and process any of the funds that are being placed into this new private stock structure. So what we do is we exercise the law of equity of the law necessity. So the law of equity allows us to create a remedy, a solution for us to be able to access the system.

And what we do is we establish an unincorporated association and please excuse the spelling mistake there. And what we do is we utilize the citizen as a legal proxy to open up either a domestic or foreign bank account for the private state or one of its benefits. So what I mean by legal proxy, what we would do is we would create a power of sovereignty, where we authorize the UK citizen as a representative agent of one of the unique lawful entities that we create that has authority and powers only in the capacity of being a representative agent to go and open a bank account for and on behalf of the private estate or one of its private benefits.

And where that authority and powers are only used and only granted as an equitable remedy to secure our interests in the public domain. We're not using it in any other manner whatsoever. And that's a very important thing because we need to be able to access the bank account and we need to be able to do it without creating any legal joinder or legal bondage between the estate and the public bank account.

And so what happens is the citizen becomes a legal proxy becomes a lynchpin, not a lynchpin, that's probably a bad word because there's no bonding or associate. It's done by association. So when you've got an unincorporated association, what you've got is you've got members that come into the association, right?

Because they've agreed to associate for a particular purpose. But in that association, there's no transfer of rights or liability between members. Yeah.

So when we create this association, what's happening is the private estate is associating with the citizen, but there's no legal joinder. There's no transfer of liability and rights. And where the association is authorizing the citizen to go and open the bank account for the association for and on behalf of the private benefit or the private estate.

Does that make sense? Now I've explained that.

[Speaker 2] (1:23:45 - 1:23:55)
Yes. And I'm assuming because the way that that's done then, the way sometimes they can just freeze an account and empty an account that won't be possible in this situation.

[Speaker 1] (1:23:56 - 1:26:52)
That won't be possible, but it could be possible because from what we understand from our own personal experiences with this hostile system, is that the public agencies or let's say the Inland Revenue in particular, right? Because they're the ones that can have the most interest when it comes to funds and how you use money and all the rest of it. Should they even become suspicious?

They have powers, don't they? To seize and freeze assets and accounts and the rest of it, just from being suspicious of you doing illegal or criminal activities. And so they could attempt to claim that the citizen has done illegal criminal activities.

But when they look into this document and to see that the citizen has only acted as a representative for the estate or benefit, they cannot then attach any claim or any legal joint or bondage to the association itself. They would need to be able to substantiate that they have jurisdiction over this unincorporated association, which has been established in private, to which they don't have jurisdiction. And as you can see on this slide, we did mention domestic and foreign bank accounts, right?

The reason that we would set up a foreign bank account is so that we can transfer money into a foreign bank account, again, where the public agencies can't get authority over any funds that we've placed into the foreign bank account. So we're doing everything that we can to lawfully separate equity and interests and put them into different venues and jurisdictions, making it as difficult as possible for them to exercise any authority and claims over what we're doing. Doing everything that we possibly can to put all the protective layers in place to separate our interests.

Unfortunately, this is what we have to do in this world. From an outsider looking in, I could see how this would look complicated, right? How this is like, why do I have to go through all this?

Why can I not just get it back? But unfortunately, this is a hostile system. And unfortunately, all the bank accounts are under the paramount authority and control of the Crown Estate.

Yeah? So we need to be able to separate the legal person from any organizations that we create in the private that needs to use the legal person to operate these bank accounts. And that's the best I can offer to you and your audience in terms of an explanation of how that works.

It's very reductive, and it's very limited what I've shared with you. Of course, should they ever get inside our organization, view the documents, they would get a much, much better view, understanding, comprehension of exactly what we're doing, all the private laws that allows us to do this. So please forgive me if I've been limited in what I can share you on this particular procedure.

I understand.

[Speaker 2] (1:26:52 - 1:28:29)
Well, and I mean, like I've kind of mentioned before, that my accounts were emptied on numerous times, which just shows, you know, the control that they have. But even if I look at, say, somebody paying me now, even through Wise or whatever, they send payments and they're sending commission that's owed to me for, you know, sales they've done. And then all of a sudden they block them and we have to check everything.

And then you're waiting a week or something like that. And, you know, same with Stripe, they can block a whole account and they're like, oh, we've got a chargeback or something like that. Chargeback could be for a hundred quid and you could have thousands in your account and they'll block it just that they can be using your money.

And even with Revolut, because I've done a lot of real estate here and at one stage sold the property that I was partners with somebody and I was transferring a couple of hundred thousand back to him and they blocked the whole lot. And they actually, the only way I could get it was to give them the notary documents, which is kind of going against GDPR. Like, I mean, they have no right to know these things, but unless you do it, it was like three weeks that they blocked it.

And then you realize how the whole system works and you're going, yeah, basically you open the bank and put your money in there. That's no longer your money. And you have to realize that it's not your money anymore.

It's their money. So you have to kind of extract your money as fast as possible as well, because you're only, you know, your protection for so much, which as we've discussed before, I don't think you'll ever see that. But even if you go within them parameters, the best thing is to make sure that you're not leaving a million, a couple of million in a bank account because the tap or the lights could just go off overnight.

[Speaker 1] (1:28:29 - 1:35:52)
They certainly can. And the powers that they have is absolutely obscene and it's only going to get worse. And the best thing that you can do is to take preventative and protective measures.

And in this current climate, the best thing you could do is to have at least five separate bank accounts open at your disposal should you need to change from one bank account to the other in an urgent or emergency situation where they have blocked payments or they have stock money coming in and out. I personally have six bank accounts at the moment and I'm increasing them as I go along. All right.

So because I'm experiencing problems with my banks all the time with online checks and I'm like, you shouldn't have this much power and control over me. I've got all these codes and digits to approve transactions. There's no need for this unnecessary stuff.

But again, this comes back to the two principles of the system that only knows control and extortion. And it's just more of it as we go down the road. But ultimately, as a private society, our agenda, our objective is to create our own system, our own banking system, our own economy.

And that's, of course, going to take many, many years. But the more people that come together to realise what's going on and then start diverting their capacity to create new systems, then we can get the alternative going forward. So let's move into the next part of this estate reformation.

And that is conveyances. Right. So you've created this private state structure.

You've created these unique lawful entities, the private state and private benefits, all their undocumented form. Right. But it's undocumented form, which means it's inactive.

It's dormant. There's nothing happening with it. You've just got it created.

But now you want to start conveying equity funds, wealth over to this new structure. At the moment, all your wealth is in the public. Right.

Tied up as a public estate with public agencies. But you want to now convey it over into this part of the state where it can start to benefit from equity protection and tax immunity. Right.

So how do we do that? How do we do that conveyance where it's a clean, wholesome, lawful conveyance? How can we do that conveyance where we're not taxed from transferring because if you transfer anything, the system is a taxable and then code apply to it.

Right. And how do we do that where we can execute it so that it's done within the premises of law and where we're not going to have where we are wholesome and free from any potential claims from the inbound revenue? So what you can do and what we teach inside our organisation is you can execute your own private conveyance.

So what does that mean? That means you don't have to go to a solicitor. Or an accountant or any other public agent to convey the equity and rights of any property or business ventures or assets and interest that you own in public.

You don't have to use these public agents. You can exercise your own sovereign authority to put together the conveyance documents yourself to execute a conveyance. Because ultimately, what is a conveyance?

It's you expressing your free will choice to move a value from there A to B. From that structure to that structure, to that jurisdiction, into that jurisdiction. It's an expression of your free will choice.

And that expression of your free will choice is put onto documents, right? In the form of contracts, in the form of deeds, in the form of titles, in a form of a sale and purchase contract. That's what a conveyance is.

So inside our organisation, once you've created this private estate, this private benefit in the private, we teach you how to convey the equity of property assets and interests out of the public system into your new private estate. And we teach you how to execute all the private documents to do that. And it's a tax free transform.

So how do we do a tax free transform? We do it as a private contract of exchange, where you transfer post tax or untaxable equity over to the private estate in exchange for a private deferred investment. So what does that actually mean?

Well, first of all, post tax or untaxable equity means of course, you've paid any tax on the equity in the public or it's tax exempt before you transfer it. Once you transfer it over to the private estate, the private state is not going to pay you for whatever you transfer it across, it's going to give you a contract. And that contract is a deferred investment.

Now in the public system, that's known as a deferred life annuity. Yeah. And that means it's not classed as a taxable transport.

All right. I think the Inland Revenue Court disqualified. It doesn't qualify as a taxable activity.

Because what's actually happening is you're transferring the equity over to another lawful structure, but the lawful structure is not paying you straight away. There's no financial transaction in that exchange, in that conveyance. What it's doing is it's taking the equity and saying, right, I've got the equity of the property you've just assigned over to me.

We're now putting it into this private benefit, which is an irrevocable arrangement for 25 years. We're now going to develop the equity in our charitable or missionary activities. And we're going to provide you a benefit as a deferred investment that we'll pay out to you as a retirement fund at a later date.

So it's not declarable, it's not assessable, it's not taxable. It's a clean and pure conveyance where you can take equity out of the public system, pull it into this new private estate, without there being any financial transaction, without there being any taxable activity to declare to the inland revenue. That's how we do it.

And of course, Roy, that needs to be proven, right? That needs to be documented. Yeah, that needs to be recorded in the public and private should the inland revenue look at the public accounts.

Let's say you've got a business and you've transferred the shares of your business as the equity over to the private estate structure into a private holding benefit. That's going to be a recording on your public accounts. The inland revenue might look at it and go, well, where's that gone?

And has there been a payment received for that? Well, you go, no, actually it hasn't. It's all wrapped up into a private equity contract that I've got with this private estate structure.

And here's the documents to prove it. The documents have been authenticated and been witnessed in the public and private. It's all been stamped, sealed and approved.

There you go. An expression of my will and not only just an expression of my will, but stating all the lawful rights and facts that permit you to do it. And again, that's something we teach inside our organisation.

Not only do we teach you all the relevant laws, property law, product contract law, estate law, the law of equity. We also teach you how to form those laws in these documents. And then we teach you how to uphold and defend those laws should you run into any disputes, inquiries or claims from any public overseas, especially the inland revenue.

[Speaker 2] (1:35:54 - 1:36:21)
If you've got various shareholders in a company and that company has got assets, obviously, if you've got, just say it's houses, can the person take it from the limited liability? It'd be great if everybody's on board. But what happens in a situation like that, that you've got said, even whether it's 50%, 25% to take it out of the system, is it possible?

[Speaker 1] (1:36:21 - 1:40:19)
Yeah. Okay. So if you're in a shared arrangement with a corporation or trust or anything else, it depends on the agreement you've got set up with the other parties, whether or not you can unilaterally remove your equity from that situation or where it's a bilateral agreement, you must get agreement consent with the other parties.

So that's a case by case scenario, depending on the circumstances of each individual. If you're in a bilateral agreement, and you must get consent and agreement from the other shareholders, then you've got to perform an equity and perform with the agreement that you've set up in the public. Yeah.

But there are obviously ways that you can sell your shares to the other parties, receive them into a unique lawful entity in the public and then transfer it over to the buyer. So there are other ways of doing it. There's other ways of making it happen.

Let's have a look at the next slide here. So now we're going over quite a few bits and pieces. So the lawful consideration we spoke about that is a tax free investment.

So what actually happens is with this private contract is you take a position in the unique lawful entity as being a living beneficiary. Yeah, because you've invested private equity into the into the master benefit, you're now positioned as the living beneficiary and you hold the equitable rights to any investment or any equity that you then subsequently place into this structure. And that means that you can now receive life benefits from the entity throughout the 25 year duration.

And because you are established as a sovereign man or woman, you're no longer operating as a legal person in the public system because you've severed and separated your actual life from the legal person from the system. You can receive those benefits in the private as a living man or woman without any tax implications, right? Because you're no longer a registered taxpayer.

You've completely removed yourself out of the system. So everything is being done lawful and not legal. I think we've spoken about that before in previous presentations.

Lawful is where you're doing everything that is law and you're operating under the steam of your own sovereign authority. Legal, however, is where you're operating under the jurisdiction of authority that's dictating the law to you. Big, big distinction, right?

So everything that we're doing in this in these sovereign procedures is lawful, not legal. And it's knowing that distinction is knowing those differences and being able to operate in terms of receiving value and building value without placing yourself into a legal venue jurisdiction. Knowing how to set up these contracts where you can make tax free investments, where you can receive value without any tax implications, where you are not regulated, obligated or liable to any tax codes, rulings or claims.

Very, very important. And this stuff does take time, right? It's a lot.

You can't just step off the street and step into this and know this within two months. You cannot leave this to other people to do it for you. All right, because you have to become aware of this yourself.

You have to become aware of the laws so you know how to defend your own life against any potential claims. And that's why anyone comes into our organisation to study these documents, to learn the procedures, to learn the laws. It takes them a minimum of two years to embody this, to understand this stuff.

All right. So that's a very important aspect of that. Do you want to add anything to that?

[Speaker 2] (1:40:19 - 1:41:12)
Yeah, just what you've just said there. I think it's important because sometimes there's people offering to do this service. And unless you understand this, you can just throw everything away by something you do based on all their work.

Maybe they're doing it from the place of heart, they know exactly everything. But if you're just kind of, I suppose it's like kind of getting your solicitor to do everything without paying attention. And then you say something in the court, the whole case can change.

And it's the exact same in that. So that's why you're better off. And then realising you're free, you're sovereign, you can do everything yourself.

And don't be, no matter how much money you have in your pocket, that you just say, Russell, you do everything there for me. I'll give you a big checkbook. And then I get stopped, I say something, and it's everything just went just into the bin.

So I think people need to be aware of that.

[Speaker 1] (1:41:13 - 1:43:07)
Yeah, I'm so glad you've mentioned that. And that's such an important factor in all of this, because ultimately, you are responsible and liable for everything you do, regardless of whether you are a citizen or you are a sovereign. And when you take on these lawful procedures and documents, because you are ultimately responsible and liable, you really do need to know everything that's happening in these documents, you cannot leave it to others.

So anyone that comes into our organisation, you are you're having a fully immersive experience, you're becoming these documents, you are becoming the law, you're embodying everything, you're practising everything, you're studying and integrating everything. And we are here purely to guide you and support you. We are here to fill in any gaps and any knowledge that you may have.

We are here to to oversee all your documents for you to make sure that you have included necessary laws, there's no omissions, there's no mistakes, and to support you in every way possible. But you really must go through this process alone, you really must take full responsibility and liability for this. And that's where the freedom is, right?

It's in the responsibility, right? It's in the knowing everything. That's how you become free.

Because the moment you do take responsibility for everything, and you do take on board all the laws and all the procedures yourself, you can now carry yourself in this world with full certainty and full confidence that you can defend, protect yourself against any claims and any disputes that come your way. And again, that's, that's, again, you stepping into your sovereign authority and power. And that kind of brings me to the end of this presentation.

Would you be do me the honor and just read that last slide? Yes, sir.

[Speaker 2] (1:43:07 - 1:43:30)

No problem. So it's all for Sovereign Man podcast, the Awakening podcast, or the Authority Alliance. Where you're watching this, find everything about me, scan the QR code, go to roycoughlan.com.

If you're looking for virtual assistance, go to va.world. And during the conversation, there was a type error, maybe write it in the comments, if you spotted what it was, because that will actually help us because I want more people to understand this. And when there's comments and stuff, it gets it out to more people because this is how we make change in the world. Until next week, take care.
