#419 The Energy Conspiracy: Peter Wilson Unpacks the Gas and Electricity Corruption in Ireland and the UK

Welcome to the awakening podcast and also the sovereign man podcast i've got my good friend peter wilson back and yeah we're going to discuss a few things but one thing that i want to cover is i want to cover the gas and electricity because there's a big connection between ireland england and a lot of stuff that's going on that people don't really know and a few other things but peter as always you're very welcome to the show. Yeah i'm always happy to be here it's always good to have our regular chats enjoy them very much yeah definitely and we always go down tangents we don't expect and uh yeah we come to the same conclusion so i suppose let's start because uh the last time we were talking about your event and uh uh yeah i i believe it was a great success but you might just kind of update the people on what happened yeah no it was good it was a really good event um it was we probably made it hard for ourselves to organize it than uh the year before you know having it we had it on the bank holiday mayday weekend um you know so instead of having it over two days it was over three days which i thought was a good idea and it means an idea it probably is but then to get up to newcastle you've got to look at like a day to get there a day to leave so you're really looking about like five days or to a week's holiday really for most people so that was putting a big block in it but still well attended uh streaming wise was uh fantastic you know right across the world from america to australia you know so that was really good uh to see that attendance there and we had people streaming in as well presenting you know from the the from canada who came in i thought it was us but it was canada they actually came in and presented to the room so that was brilliant uh yeah and it went very very well the feedback has been fantastic you know from the people that were there got a lot of really good uh testimonials but even just standing after you know and having a chat with people that had been there uh i think really you know it shows that how much it's needed something like that event uh and we've had like you know comments and everything saying well why don't you go down south there'll be more people to go and then what you know why don't you go in the midlands and things like that but i mean to me it's like well i have to travel whenever there's events on so you know it's uh it's an iconic actual city newcastle upon tyne anyway the venue itself is second to none the venue is amazing uh everything is just beautiful and the way that they look after as well in there is fantastic and we know the people so we know we're safe we know we're you know we're not going to have anyone try to interfere from outside with the event because they know us and they'll straight on to us so you know it's it's a good safe secure place the surroundings of it all all around there it's very much like an up-and-coming areas great uh restaurants and cafes so you know if anyone wants to pop out for lunch or anything in their events it has its own restaurant as well uh you know it's a brilliant place to be the information was fantastic you know and just to actually have that kind of information pumping out to everybody and it's all about solutions everything there's no moaning in there we're not going to be telling anyone sort of like how terrible politics is or how disgusting the politicians are or you know we're all evil we're all corrupt everyone's going to die you know we hear it every single day and it's like you know it's like we're not wanting to join in this like you know fear porn industry it's just you know it's about what what are you going to do about it then how are you actually going to make something from this and what is it uh that that uh you know you want to achieve this is how to try and do it so everything was on there like the financial side the health side the the the actual like will the the the rights how to stand on your rights there how to actually get like you know food sovereignty health sovereignty financial sovereignty even we were showing people how to actually create your own power so that you know you mentioned gas and electric there so i mean we were actually showing people look this is how we do it this is you can follow these steps create your own energy and lower your own bills so rather than having to give all the money to them invest in your own systems uh you know and that was what we covered everything you can ever imagine and literally the term yes like you know checkmate the matrix it's like how are you going to play a better game against the system but being within the system so because to some degree or another we're all in the system there's you know everyone always says well i want to drop out the system i want to like get out no problem i showed them on there i had a big plastic bag at the event says take your plastic bag put your clothes in and go live under the fucking bridge everyone will forget about you in a fortnight you're out the system don't worry about it ever again you know you're not gonna like it but i mean there's there's your solution boom straight away but if you want to have like a little bit of a decent life then you're gonna have to learn how to play the game and just get better at it so and that's what it was and it was very well received you know and um yeah so i've got a couple of meetings that i have with the organizers this week and fingers crossed we'll get it booked for like next year as well uh and the thing is i'm booking it for next year and i know i'll get the same comments that come back on you know like the little comments that go on on the youtube and everything else that comes out two years ago they said they said well there's no point doing that because it'll all be over i don't know what all be or what's going to be over exactly and even like you know when we're building up to this event and i was sending out my emails and my messages and everything i was getting replies coming back saying well what's the point you know it's you know the system will have collapsed and we'll all be free by then and come on so you know these are the people that are just like waiting to be saved by some knight in white shining armor coming across the horizon it is never going to happen you know the only one that can help you is you and you've got to sort of like get used to that and start to do something about it because if you sit there waiting right you're going to be dead you know and it'll probably be like in another 20 odd years time they're still sitting waiting for someone trying to rescue you and you've never made any progress in your life you know and you're telling someone i'm sovereign and i'm a truth seeker and no you're just a boring bastard sitting there talking shit you know get on with it and go and get something done are you going to after you've learned your lesson are you going to do two days or three days next year sure yeah i think i come over next year because we have to share our point anyway you know we're talking every every month it'd be nice to have a point with you it would do it'd be great but no it was exhausting as well like three days i mean not just the the work to now because you have to be on your toes all the time because you're making sure every different people because i was watching a bit online and i mean like you've a lot to do and that's why as well it's no good for you setting it up everywhere else because just everything that you have to bring there and organize and a lot of times events let you down and when you know that you're safe in a place that's why you're better off yeah keeping it in your backyard 100% see the guy we know the guy who owns the building right he's a very wealthy guy he's bought the building it used to be a biscuit factory that's why it's called the biscuit factory and we're in the biscuit room of the biscuit factory and your free biscuits yeah we didn't even get any free biscuits nothing but you know it's it's a beautiful building he's got art galleries in there he's got different venues a big wedding room venue uh just full of all these live plants in it it's it's something else you know but it see where we go right outside we have our own entrance so don't have to worry about anybody else using the building it's our own private entrance we've got a private reception a private like little breakout room our own bar that we get to use like the all of it there for whatever you want to drink from tea to coffee to alcohol whatever but outside we can park all the way up the street all day for free there's no problem with it it's got its own private little car park as well so if you get there before the event which we have to you're left in the car park totally free totally safe secure no bloody tickets getting everything it's just so good the way that it's set up it's right in the center the city center so you know right next that to all of the best like bars and restaurants so you know in the evening you can go for a good safe as well but nice food whatever like uh type of culinary delights you want to look for right next to the beautiful walks all the way along there the internet connection is fantastic they put us on their own connection brilliant connection wi-fi so when we're streaming that was a big panic it always is you know something goes wrong you're going to get so much grief but honestly the connection was brilliant the whole three days was the same the year before perfect connection on there um and the people look after you the staff are brilliant and this time we actually had a a lot of people helping us more on the audio visual side next year we've got even more people that are going to come along and help out on audio visual we've got now specific cameras that we've got ready so we'll be like moving between we can take shots we've got a mixing deck not that i know how i use it but somebody will and they'll go in and be able to like do the scanning like from picture to picture show the slides and keep going backwards and forwards you know and i will have to get someone to edit it for me because it's a nightmare it's like trying to edit all the video a whole day of videos three days or two days but uh no the venue is amazing so that's the thing when we get there we have to take everything with us you know all of our own equipment but they've got everything set up beautifully inside the room already they clean it as soon as we're finished they do like you're getting out at five o'clock but they clean it ready for your next day you know so they're fantastic like that as well but yeah i mean but the thing is like you know at the end of the day if somebody's like you know wanting to go to an event that is it's it is there's no other type of event like this in the country you know you're either going to somewhere which is like event i'm not saying that they're bad events but if they're all going to be there moaning about like oh life's this life's that and you know we're all going to die and you know they're poisoning us they're going to you know you drink the water you're dead you eat the food you're dead you know you go out and vote it's a waste of time we know all that anyway right so it's like why do you want to sit and regurgitate all of the depression what you got to do is like lift it up the vibration lift it up the knowledge and see right this is what you can actually do and you can get out of the quagmire and start beating them that they're all gave that to me that makes more sense you know they're doing on every angle the food angle the the water angle right you've shown people how to actually collect clean and fill their own their own water you know uh everything like growing our own food and we're doing all this by the way this is not like oh this is the theory so here's like you know what i think this is what we're doing all the time you know we're growing our own food we're cleansing our own water we're creating our own energy we're moving to like decentralized financial platforms so you know and we tell people exactly what's happening does it work does it not work is there mistakes is it hard is it you know and the whole thing alternative health all the time it's not really alternative it's like pre-pharmaceutical health should we say right so that what we used to do before like we started to get poisoned you know i have to be careful what i say there i split up one of our podcasts the other day and i put it on um youtube and tiktok and i got banned like a strike you know i remember what we're talking about but like recently two weeks ago facebook my own channel went down and a lot of people i knew went down eventually that came back but they removed my freedom broadcasters uh facebook page and i had a good good few followers my polish one and i mean that was my best way of actually getting like for no reason my crypto and the chemtrail one i could like the chemtrail one i could understand them removing that but the others so it's kind of like they just took four channels off me that i've been using for i don't know seven years and yeah and like you write to them they don't even respond nothing you know so yeah so freedom of speech for you yeah why exactly so i think this is an interesting one though because you you're you understand the energy thing and it was something i wasn't aware of really i mean board gash which is the irish gas company was sold off right and most people don't know that because it's trading as board gash they sold it for 1.1 billion and it was like corrupt politicians that done it to centrica and i believe centrica is involved with the uk as well so that's that was all kind of i think thatchers they made profits in 2022 of 3.7 billion in ireland like how many companies would you buy every day if you could get it more than 3x in a year of your price you're paying out like that was so much corruption but the thing is shareholders of centrica have a guess who they are we've mentioned these companies with blackrock and vanguard who own each other and it's all look after the the big boys and the shareholders so like everyone is thinking oh jesus the cost of oil because of iran because of russia war because of this it's all bullshit it's everything is just look after the boys and they can do what they want like how can you have that much profit it's like who's paying for that the household that has to wear a coat three coats because they can't afford to turn on their heating or else they starve and like and the oil because they're kind of connected ireland as oil we should have free gas and oil for all the people you know even if it was a few pennies just to cover the maintenance and it was under charles holly which is the leader in the 70s they they basically they had a royalty thing and i have it there the figures right it was like there was a 50% when it was done for any discovery so obviously other companies were coming in doing the discoveries and it was uh stat oil i think from norway 50% stake on discoveries the irish they were getting royalties eight to sixteen percent and corporation tax of fifty percent good that's good for the country right because the boys are going to be doing exploring they have their costs and everything and uh yeah burke ray burke and a very corrupt guy and then there was burke the horn they just kind of scrapped it all like it's like oh no we don't want royalties oh we don't want this like they obviously got a golden handshake but the irish now are paying so much fuel i mean we talked about in the previous one about all the protests when it's actually in our back garden we have it we have the fuel but we decided it norway here you go but obviously somebody got a grease you know their hands greased and but it's sad like and if you look it's everything is like even in poland it was like orland and like the the the government have kind of maintained a good control of that they didn't do what the irish did um when i looked at it they were saying it was the worst deal ever outside of cameroon i think was the the second like ireland was the second worst in the world the deal that they done you know it's like but even with like poland that still kind of touches a black rock and vanguard and vasa they're involved in everything around the world like they own everything they own every like people think pepsi cola all their opposition you know kfc mcdonald's they are they're all owned by the same people and vanguard and black rock of shears and each other the whole thing is a big game but yet mankind is are slaves because of this because they're paying out so that's why i want to kind of touch on it that's i don't know if you've known about the irish thing but like the way that you've set up your electricity like you're you're getting out of that shitty system because i i'm seeing so many people that are struggling daily and it's just it's not stopping like and it's a like they're they're protesting and the politicians are like just laughing at them as if like you know they they've they've got their money they're just puppets doing what they're told to do so the only way is is like as you say you can't step away from the system because if you want to go to you know they need armor in the morning not that you'd want to go there but you know they're not going to let you travel if you go you know as you say take your bag and go under the bridge you know you kind of have to keep one leg in and one leg out but i think what you're doing regarding the energy so i know we touched on it a bit before but i think more people need to start doing it and a lot of them the way they fucking own the companies as well so you have to kind of do it yourself like you've done it because i've heard of people trying to sell their houses and they get these grants to have the solar panels on the roof they go to sell their house and they can't because now they own their roof for 25 years or something like that so there's so much trickery so you have to kind of the way you've done it is a million times better because people think all my electricity is going to be this they're blocking it out anyway so you're not getting the same efficiency but perhaps touch on the way that you're doing and how people can find this to start doing it as as cheaply as possible i mean we've got a couple of different ways that we do it and the thing is you've got it's like let's link it to ai which we'll talk about later but it's changing so fast right now the the way that you can actually get a hold or start using utilizing your own solar energy for instance is changing all the time and it's getting easier and easier for everyone to do you know whereas before you could get grants yes and people could get whatever it was and you could get it nearly for free but you were giving up something right like your roof you didn't own your roof anymore how are you going to sell your house if you don't own part of it it's yeah and there's loads of things like that i mean friends of mine they got their their solar on their roof years ago i don't know about like you know what the deal was there except on they sell it back to the grid and and they make a lot of money you can't do that now you can't get it i mean it's like it's it's pointless you literally have to give them you know your inside leg measurement your eye scan your fingerprints and everything and and you get back about like a penny for what they sell you know penny a unit for what they sell about like you know pound a unit it's like oh what's the point you know i'm not going to make any difference to my bill so i may as well just like crack on what i'm doing so this but that's only the ones that are on the grid by the way because a lot of ours that we've got what i use myself that i've built and created myself are not even attached to the grid it's literally completely off grid even though our property is on grid so i keep telling the people it's like you know try and be more off grid even when you're on so we've got battery storage that we've keep in in the home right everything's safe everything's perfect and that battery we've got two of them that we keep swapping like that so when it gets to like um the the dodgier weather so like you know from october we can still get like enough battery storage that we run our fridge freezers 24 7 we've got one battery and it'll run it there and it's charging like uh on a sorry it's charged with a solar panel and then we swap it and the thing is you can still be running the unit while you're still charging it as well so they're running with literally no cost at all to us you know and it's it's like it's not even attached onto the grid even the fridge freezers are not attached onto the grid at all they're actually in the battery pack they're just plugged in as a normal socket bump in it goes but it's on the the battery pack right so then it's not connected to the grid so you can't worry about any like feedback or surges anything like that because it's completely separate or blackout because that happens a lot as well and sometimes people are there they lose all their stuff so you kind of avoid that as well the thing is some people don't know that so i'm gonna go and get a solar panel so i'm gonna have like you know my own thing and i'm collecting it all and they've got battery packs as well so what happens is you get your solar see you got it on your roof then it comes down to an inverter that that converts it from the the power from the solar into what the house can use all right and then it feeds any excess into a battery so they can't have a battery pack you get a power cut switches off the entire system right so you can have a full battery it's not going to make any difference you can't use it so you have to have the system like well we have the system whereas you can have a full battery right and if there is a power cut doesn't make any difference whatsoever we plug into the battery so the fridge freezers are going to be running no matter what you know if we'd never watch television so we don't have any panics with anything like that we don't you know what i mean the only time we ever have anything like a radio on is is literally when we're going out the house we want it noisy to stop the dog getting bothered so that's the only reason and i don't i hate even hearing it when i go out and come in but um you know so we don't really use like like anything obviously we're on you know laptops and whatnot but definitely no gaming things or anything like that so we are very very low usage but you know if you wanted to have an internet connection right all you got to do is connect your rudet to the battery and it's running you know it's you know it can keep it completely off grid what size is the battery and the weight oh well we've got three now we've got um no hang on a second i've got two of them i can't move i'll admit all right well it did take at least three of you and one of them is actually power batteries all put together in a b&q um toolbox empty one obviously it's full of battery and we've wired them all together so completely done by electricians you know uh i'm seeing weave that was me holding you know like the electrician doing all the work um and then we've got that and that's connected again to to uh just an extension so it can run anything anywhere it doesn't need to be connected to the grid we have one that is connected to the grid that's the major one but i also have a machine with that that if there was a power cut with there instead of it being like all the other systems i can go into my little machine switch it on and it will use everything in the battery totally separated it from the grid so again i can use my power my power i can use the energy that i have right in the system without it being attached to the grid whatsoever and it was like we were discussing this in in the group the other day i think might have been on a meeting and this woman was saying they have a tracking machine like with their solar panels i don't know where they are right but they actually move so that they follow the sun around i says i've got one as well i go into my garden and i move it along two foot and then i'm waiting till the sun's gone and i go and move it another two foot so i'm moving it around there so i'm getting like you know you know obviously it's cloudy there's not much you can do about it but they are panels that collect it through daylight it doesn't have to be sunny so you know they can um obviously the sunnier it is the faster the batteries will charge uh you know so that that's how we do it we've even tried it with wind and we just could not get the inverter to work uh and i don't know if it was a problem with the inverter we we just couldn't work it out we had because we've got a group of people so we have engineers uh gas engineers even uh mechanics and and um electricians there might have been a fault somewhere in in the machine itself but uh now as well though the wind turbine machines that you can get for your home a lot of them in ireland off-grid using them and they're starting to see better and better results all the time so everything is progressing along unfortunately through ai making things better it isn't just on you know chat gpt there's a lot more to it than that and it makes all of these other technologies better and it's better for you so i don't think it's going to be long before we'll be able to be using uh the wind i've tried it a few times it's never been worth it i've seen years ago there was like a vortexy kind of thing as opposed to wind turbines and they were getting way more energy and they were in a tiny space as opposed to the other ones but i don't know was it parked away like because i was obviously going to rock an industry but i have you seen them anymore that's what we had okay okay yeah and it was like like instead of having a great big spinny around one it was like i had just because i had a holiday home uh here and they put up one a few years later and it's a not it's like there's noise bill if you're just here the whole night and it's like that's not good for you like no these ones are virtually silent and they're only it's like it's selling that really when you think about it imagine like like you know like a tin of beans and emptied it but it's cut in a certain way and it spins you know so and you couldn't really hear it was nothing like that whatsoever um so the tin of beans gives you the wind does it yeah oh that's a bad joke but but yeah this was you know that i'm a very very big tin of beans but yeah that and they are getting better those ones as well so i'm keeping an eye on them to see when i'll start using them again and try and get better results with it you know and it's just to get it into the inverter that would work which was that's what creates the house power because the energy you get from solar for wind it's at a different voltage so it can't work it's got to go into an inverter which is the really a good thing that's happened now and it's all kind of um sort of like coming alive now right now in europe you are allowed to have what they call um a micro inverter which is like it's small very small and uh you can actually have them connected to well the ones that we've got are from a company called uh ecoflow i think that might be german but it's definitely got a uk branch to it you can have two 400 watt uh solar panels connected into it you can just literally have that screwed on your wall anywhere or even just pushed against the floor something as long as it's not going to the wires then you can literally plug it into any socket in your hat and your house in your home and it will start like putting energy into your home direct from that micro inverter so it's from the solar panel into the inverter which converts it to home energy right to make it safe and compatible it's got all of the cutoff machinery inside this tiny little inverter so it can't get you know um any charges coming back if there is a power cut it shuts itself off immediately so it doesn't feed anything into the grid which could cause a problem to people that were trying to fix the problem you know if you're feeding electricity and they think it's off and they get a shock um so it's got all of that safety equipment already built into it now you can literally buy this now when i was researching this which is this has only been going on this year by the way so since like say january and i was looking at it i thought you know i want to do a little bit more fancy this you know get get more um power it was 99 pounds right uk pounds then when i actually saw i'm gonna buy one because it kept going in and out of stock in and out of stock it was 130 now it's 170 and at the same time you've got that scumbag that ed miller bellend he's now trying to get whatever um bits of paper signed and aligned with the rest of europe because the rest of europe now they've been doing this for a long time so they've actually signed so you're legally allowed to plug it in and it's safe it's already safe it's got all of the proper machinery i made a lot telling you to go and plug it in if you're living in the uk no no you've got to wait until ed miller bellend signs the bit of paper and that bit of paper that makes it safe okay it's not the machine right so uh they're busy doing this now it's very very close and what they call it is something like uh apartment solar so you can get a little angle grind like angle like on a bracket have them on your balcony hanging out over there and you can collect it so you don't have to have you're not going to have a roof right so then you can have it solar going into your road so we've just got them all over the garden you know so everybody can do very very similar i've got it on the we used to be on the shed it got blown off i'll have to get it refixed again but i've got to lean against the shed so luckily we've got like the sun's coming over from you know it's got a south facing garden we'll get it right the way through till very late in the afternoon so we'd get a lot of it you know collected that way but um that one that little micro inverter i think it's micro mini inverter something like that and you can plug it directly in to there once you've actually signed that bit of paper then you can even do it legally and safely but the machines have got all the proper cutoffs so i can't get any any surges in and it can't feed it into the uh grid if there's a blackout you know like a power cut so it's very safe not going to hurt anyone on either side of it um and that there what's going to happen is obviously when he does sign that to make it so it's like uh correct and he got all the correct paperwork by all these different people and all that it's going to be a lot more expensive to buy these micro inverters like this year early on this year was it was 99 pounds is exactly what it was so i'm sure now it's something like 169 pounds for the same thing there's a massive increase so you wait until they've got that bit of paper signed i bet it's going to be about three four hundred quid but you can get a 400 watt solar panel you can fit two of them onto this right uh which you can get the ones the single cell ones are called so even if there was a tiny bit covered on one cell all the other cells work and feed the power in you can get them for less than 100 quid for one panel and you can go do whatever you want you can put it on a bracket and screw it onto the wall now like i used to have it on the shed i didn't fasten them on right that's why i got blew off from the storm so i need to like do it correctly with the landing balls but uh you know right now it's just leaning against there still collects it perfectly when you've got a good like um over the weekend there we're always like we'll move to spain for like you know two days before we move back to the arctic you know like uh by by like 11 o'clock in the morning everything was full all the batteries were full so and there you know you're looking at in the summer you're looking at 42 pence roughly per day that it costs and that's what they charge for for like a standing fee right so i'm not actually using anything do you know what i mean uh and then in the window this window was about 350 a day because it was horrible it rained for like you know i think well i was building an ark at one point the uh but so even that was the worst case scenario so in the window it's like two pound fifty normally so i mean that's way better i mean when i was like listening to these people when i had got mine i was like oh look what i've got look what i've started building uh and they were like oh it's too expensive oh i can't be bought to buy all that and the next thing you know they're 50 pounds a month for like their direct debit for electric had gone up to like 250 you know so well mine's still all the way down there and yours is flying up and yeah and they've got like the sympathy you know the only place you're going to find it is in the dictionary from the electric company and that's somewhere between shit and syphilis you know it's you've got no chance with them so you know i mean it's it's got to look at it a lot more long-term things you want to keep paying them forever or you know spend a bit of like painful money now but then you're going to stop having to deal with these like on such a high level of ridiculous thievery and like you said that the profits that they're making are just like disgusting you shouldn't be able to make profit from people there should never ever be i i mean the just the term itself to me is vile cost of living why do i have to pay to live you know i mean it's like you to have your electricity which you can't live without unfortunately now you know or your warmth or anything like that to have it cost so much just to have it there it should be a basic necessity well it is a necessity so it should just be given you know if you were paying like i used to in when it was nationalized and and you know there was no profit involved you weren't allowed to have profit we still be corruption somewhere you're never going to get rid of that as long as you've got humans involved in it unfortunately but it was never the way it is now where they literally pump raw sewage into the to the actual sea and the rivers to increase the profits to to the shareholders you know you know it's just horrendous that way isn't it though with because yours is different yours is outside you can go going to clean it but don't want to have it on the roof because i haven't thought of that because like usually you'd kind of clean your windows you do the spring because i've developed you know you clean it spring and then you make the end of summer or whatever within a week or two weeks it was manky full of gunk because all the shit they're spraying same with the car you know i wash the car and i just see all the which in turn is going on top of your solar panel so i'm assuming it's reducing the efficiency if it's on the roof and it's not getting cleaned because there's not people going on cleaning these and i'm sure people think oh that's just wear and tear and they're just you know decreased but it's probably there's just a layer of gunk that's stopping it working as efficiently as possible yeah probably you can just imagine that really you know like the moment of flight see it now it's just everything's gray now so it was like sunny for two days and now it's all just gray like a blanket of gray but then whatever's coming down all the spraying and that will will be covering you know so if it's on your roof yeah it's going to be you can't exactly go out and just wipe it like reach up and stretch up can you so yeah you should have i don't know is there companies that go and clean them because i was even thinking here i was thinking this would be a good business to do but would people do it i don't know but i'm sure it's going to have it's going to improve your efficiency if it's wiped clean well one of the guys that uh you know we were in our group and we were like help getting to helping everything when we were doing all the research and setting up of the systems he's actually put it on his own roof he did he's an engineer he's actually a ship's captain very clever guy and he he got this the panels on his roof he got them put on but his panels he actually installed a water system around the panel because the solar panels got the sun beating on them they do get very hot so you'll be careful where you put your hand when you're moving them around but if they get hot it makes them uh perform less well so he's actually got water that runs around all of his solar panels on his roof it keeps them cool so they actually work more proficiently and it creates all the hot water for his house nice so you know and and what he was trying to do he was because we tried if you know with him try to help him to get it completely removed off grid so he said i don't want any more electric from you cut it off completely because i've got my own powers i've created my own power they wouldn't do it just completely ignored him i think if now if i use it a little bit more of a aggressive gdpr when i bet you i could get it off but also you know he didn't want any more gas he said but no i don't need it because i've got the electric which is like for heating the house because i've got plenty of electric now so i don't need the gas coming in and the hot water is i've got more than i need because it's coming off the panel as well keeping them cool set a car engine right that's how you heat it up it's just your car engine you get it blown in there you reutilize it and that's what he was doing for his water fair enough he's an engineer he's a lot more clever than i am you know but uh so there's amazing the things that you can actually do and we've been looking at um other different ways as well and again it's all about like well people say what how what you know you want to be sovereign what does it mean to be sovereign well you've got to handle your own affairs you've got to look after your own affairs it doesn't mean that you have to go out and start arguing and fighting with every single deal if you can find right but what about you know we're now creating our own water collection system and you can collect it out of thin air it doesn't mean it has to rain right but we also have got like water boats to collect the rain because we can filter distill and cleanse it and without having to put tons of these chemicals in that they say makes it safe and drinkable right we can do all of that and and we've even got it filtering through clay pots right so it comes through clay pots which has been happening since ancient greek times and where they were drinking the water putting it through the clay pots when the clay cleanses and filters all of the water taking away parasites taking away a lot of the dirt and the sediment anyway because if it was coming out of a river for instance or out of the rain and we don't have to have any nasties like fluoride or anything like that it's all very good drinkable water so you know you've got to be looking at all of these different things not only to sort of like you know to save money in the long run but it's going to be far more better for you mentally and health-wise than everything else as well or even the chlorine i mean they've seen videos where people they'd have the two cups and they put their hand in and they have the tester and that you see the color of the chlorine and then they take out their hand and they put in the thing and the chlorine's gone so this goes absorbed into the body so when you're having a shower or a bath it's just going into and then people are getting alcohols and everything and they're just feeling down it's all chemicals and that's your body reacting and unfortunately most people don't realize that well one of the guys that we had up there was doing a lot of talks for us presentations but also like i had a stall with all of his health products and it was a guy called harry roads and he did an experiment live that they had like bottles of water so he was getting from all the different types of bottles of water saying you think this one's really posh and expensive and he was putting in the test it was turning black right it was turning black in the glass and then i was showing it around to everyone you know what i mean in the in the room and showing it on the camera and you know like live stream and it's just disgusting and this this wasn't even tap water this is what the people are paying money for a lot of money for some of them you know for a bottle of water and you think that's nice and uh spring water and healthy and everything peckham springs same thing yeah yeah exactly got del boy like taking it out of the sewer and giving it to everyone else so it's uh yeah so that was a really good presentation but showed how disgusting it is and did he you how did he because i was watching videos where and i bought the device where you have the electrodes and you put it into the water and it just creates a current and that was it that he was using or did he have a differences yeah it was the electrodes putting electrodes in yeah yeah because you put the color into the water the thing is most people don't realize that's live because i a face tester and i was like i'd say that's and so you see loads of people doing that and they're cheap to buy they're like if you buy it online you get it for less than five bucks but it's live so i wonder how many people have actually fried themselves with these things yeah but he was pretty safe when he did it when we didn't have anybody die on the i know we i mean obviously he's a professional i watched the interview with him he's a fascinating guy he's got amazing products yeah yeah well i mean i've got them actually when i met him first met him i was over in ireland um you know uh so i don't know what was called now town that we were in on um on the shannon and uh yeah that was limerick carrick or something carrick and shanning or something yeah carrick on shannon i think that was it yeah uh lovely little uh town that was and uh but anyway i see him there and i had lunch with him and everything and i actually got those products off him the the um vortex machine as well as the um what's it called the hydrogenator that puts it in for the water as well so yeah um and uh also like the methylene blue as well which uh yeah it's debatable like when some people say to do and some people say don't but it's uh i would rather try and be healthier than than not so but the water is great and so we actually have it all filled and cleansed anyway and then put it in the the vortex machine so it restructures it you know and you go through all of these different things and then people say you just go how do you how do you know it works and you know like you're saying it makes you healthy how do you know i said well i'm not ill so you know i don't take medication yeah it's you know what i mean it's no it's like anything else isn't it you know i guess what so far so good you know like i'm seeing people drop down dead left right and center all over way younger than me uh but you know they're getting themselves you know all these things put inside of them and you know i'm not going anywhere near that or anywhere near anyone who has but this is how we do it and now as well which is one of the most exciting things i think is for me is that uh you know we're now starting to be able to eat our own food so more and more of it it's coming like we took a year to actually develop the the garden and the allotment to be able to produce the food because it was just such a mess when we went in it was just such hard graft i've done loads of stages of video so i'm going to put that in the group so they can see it literally from like a wild jungle all the way through to now where it's got like the bends in and it's growing the food so we've been you know eating you know our own what do you call it now beetroot and then all the pesto made from the beetroot leaves been eating the lettuce leaves so very soon we'll be having our own tomatoes as well as strawberries so it's just getting better and better and more food coming all the time so and we're learning you know i'm not saying i know what i'm doing i'm trying to learn and listen to other people and getting a lot of advice and assistance so trying to get further on all the time and that's what i was just rather than telling people everybody you know this is what you should do try doing this try it or not i'm actually doing it and we'll you know try and follow this path and this is how i'm trying to do it so i would rather be working hard making or not make it but growing and creating our own food supplies so i don't have to worry about like what it's been sprayed with or what it's been poisoned with when it's gone in you know to the actual shops and people say stay away from supermarkets fine but when you go into the other smaller shops but they're still just getting it from a wholesaler right so you're getting your fruit and veg oh yeah you haven't went to the supermarket but they're getting it from the same place right it's just a wholesaler so there's virtually no difference in the quality of it it's sprayed with whatever it's drenched with whatever you know um so you know it's difficult i'm not saying you know that's the way it is starve to death then because you can't eat that food um you know there's ways of if you get because we're always a lot of fruit and veg that we we don't eat any meat or anything like that so all the fruit and veg can get cleansed with um apple cider vinegar raw apple cider vinegar and it'll get rid of of the uh the toxins i've seen the tests you know um where they'll actually get the measure the toxicity on the skin and then they go and wash it all for 20 minutes in in um mixed with apple cider vinegar and water and it comes out and it can find no trace of the um toxicity so it gets rid of them by cleansing them that way anyway but much better if you can grow your own know so i'm looking forward to get more and more food as we go through the year definitely and i mean you're on about all different uh things that you try and everything and we're like uh the business private business group and there's a guy now that's come in and he's been on my show a few times and he's uh got a lot of different patents and doing quantum physics he's got a thing for water he's got a phone i mean i've got the device there and it like even stops the bluetooth the damage the way it is done and it's even up to 5g 6g and he's got independent testing but just a couple of days ago he told me that with his system he's able to in other people with the poison that they got thoughts in their body it's able to cure that so that's that's huge like so i suppose people can kind of reach out me on connected leaders dot academy and i can kind of maybe connect them with that but uh like you a lot of the times as you say you don't know but there's independent testings for a lot of things that work as well there's a lot of people selling stuff like these phone things and your man went away i think he was 27 he checked and only one they were all bullshit like they were all claiming to protect you and everything and you you buy something and you think oh this is great you don't know but when there's independent testing you know and i mean even with the water like i got the copper cup because yeah it's and what i found so i was talking to somebody in india and he was like oh you got the copper cup brilliant he was like because i saw in the hospitals they used to have copper handles and everything like they knew copper was very good so yeah you know that so i'm going to get more of them and just have my own and just drink the water from it i mean you can't drink the tea because you burn the bloody motor off yourself because it heats up the thing but you know the thing is you know some things we can't prove but what when you're doing different things for yourself and not the block with the wi-fi protect yourself it you know because the way kind of doing it is it neutralizes it so you know you you're going like a wave and it goes the opposite and that neutralizes it and that's that's how it works then so very interesting yeah so we need to touch on uh your ai because i know you're like yeah you're i said i saw it just from uh your matrix group anyway just the ai that you created which is fascinating but you know you're taking it a few layers even higher now with what you're doing so you might let the listeners know what you're up to yeah well i mean what we've got i'm going to be launching a brand new uh school group and it's going to be just specifically for creating businesses using ai so you know and it's like nothing going to be about coding it's nothing about oh you have to learn the code you have to learn how to do all of the tech side it's you know there's ways to be able to use the tools right without having to know how it's built um that's the thing and it's how to actually create businesses and i'm what i've done is i've done a series uh of businesses on how and all what i would call like a connected module so you've got like you know literally the first part of the business then it can be a second one a third one and so on as it goes through and the way that we've designed it is uh it's all designed and created with ai so you can set up this business system which would probably take you about six months to do and you can do it in a week by using the ai tools that are there and available so but the the system itself like it's let's just call it modular so the first one that we showed everybody was was what we call the cas which is a client acquisition system so we're actually going and doing research we can do the research with using ai it's very fast research and then you can go on to different uh actual search platforms and find out these businesses and then it shows you the how to actually find them how to actually pinpoint them and what you're looking for and as soon as you found them then you use the ai there to actually create the tools that they should be using that they're not using and i'd tell you you know you uh you think most people would probably think every single business in the world now it's got to have a website and they have it but then if they got if they do have some kind of on uh internet connection like or like a website of some kind it's got the right type right there's so many different types because you need to have a if you're running a business you've only opened it for one reason and that's to have customers in that business so you have a restaurant right without people going in and buying booking in for meals all right you haven't got any for haircutting it's the same you have to go you have to have customers going in there for like fixing cars or they're you know for putting in windows or doing plumbing every single business in the entire planet no matter what needs to have um a customer right plenty of them so the only way you can get them is by attracting the mates you need to have a client acquisition system so this is what this is it builds rather than having to say i've got a website you know that doesn't mean anything you have to have a client acquisition system now this can create it for you so that's going to be the first step and then the second step that links on top of that is what we call like the the review and and referral program which when you actually get your first set of customers what you need to do is you need to get them to do a review of your business hopefully you're doing well right doing them a good service so they're going to give you a good review but then also refer you on to others and they've got systems on how to do it and it's just follow the actual system so the ai has actually created all of this for you now you just have to copy what i've done for you now in the actual group it's just going to be going on and on and on all the time and we're going to have weekly live meetings discussing how this works how to do it how to implement it and then what the next stage is because it's going to be the next stage the next stage in the next stage is the modules add on now we're show you how to do it to create a business i'm telling you now i could take anybody that's never done any type of business before follow these steps there do exactly what we actually show you they could be making money very quickly using these systems it's linked to ai because ai created everything they're going to be using and it's going to help create what the business is going to be using that you speak to but anybody can do it all you have to do is be able to read and follow instructions and that's it watch videos and do what the videos tell you uh i watched uh i don't know what you're doing live i watched a video of you showing this and and you you did it live so i don't know was i watching it live as you've done it or a recording of it but you have a fantastic way of simplifying this and like as i was looking and i was going it may it was brilliant the way that you do it it's like you could just it's just a case of applying yourself it's not complex the way that you're breaking it down and you know obviously no you're adding a lot of layers to that so you know there's a lot of people like we're talking about all the different builds and everything i mean you can do something like that on the side like put an hour a day in and you can make good money at the end of the month if you're consistent definitely and all that's exactly what it is just consistency you know you could sit now and say well i'll tell you what i know that i've got a job um you know working for a large company if you're in an admin job now you need to be panicking because it's going to disappear very soon ai is going to wipe you out completely anything on an admin side of any company these corporations they've been laying off banks and and these companies have been even the big corporations like amazon face google there people think oh like in this company i'm done for life no no no yeah i'm jumping into amazon i've got a job with amazon i'm gonna no gone right and it's like so much has been replaced with ai which we can literally get a little machine that will do like all the admin work and it never gets tired never gets bored never gets sick it's not gonna get pregnant it's not gonna go on holiday it just does it uh and it's like you know but what you've got to be looking at is to make like oh not going on this like you know all the immigrants are taking our job and stealing our women or like all the ai is going to take all our jobs you know what are you going to do so how do i actually use that then so instead of being the one that's going to be panicking and losing a job be the one that's going to learn how to utilize the system and then use that as your actual uh well i don't call it a job because i don't like that a sovereign enterprise okay and move you away from the job anyway just over broke move you away from the boss who can switch off your income at any time that they're in a bad mood with you sack you or whatever or right if you do get into an argument talking about the bills and you have excess bills coming in you can't cope you get bailers do an arrestment or an attachment of earnings depends on where you live and then they're taking it off your wages before you even get it so you can then be in charge of all of it by doing your own sovereign enterprise so all you got to do is just do this consistently you could be stuck in a job now right be saying i want to get out i'm going to start learning how to do this very easily and just do it little bit by little bit two three hours like you know like uh a couple of times a week and at the end of the month you'll have made a lot of progress you don't have to sit and study this is the thing it's like read watch do read watch do and that's it it's not like you don't have to spend four years doing a university degree it's like literally read that there watch that video for the hour then go and do it then do the next one watch it for the hour and do it so you know within a few hours you're actually already in business you're doing your business already you're actually contacting people you're sending out which is nice and softly by the way teach it in a way that you're not going to have to go hard selling people were coming out on the course that we did and i had done it i had done the actual presentation i was doing it live but i had actually done the research just an hour before so yes i had already created the website in six minutes in fact no i didn't i created the website live on there and i actually put in the prompt i should look this is my prompt show them a prompt i said i'm going to save it i'll give it here i'll put that into the ai and it build their website in six minutes and then all we do is we actually do um uh screenshots we don't send them the website we take screenshots of the website but it's not a website it's a funnel it's a client acquisition system but it's connected to the and it's similar to a website and we just send it to the business in what do you think of that would you like that if you actually were getting more clients in because you were locking them into your system by uh showing them these images and it's all done because we've researched online we did the ai did all the research so it's using their personality it's using their colors it's using their branding so it looks like what they should you know obviously they're always going to be a little edit to that and they want to say oh this more this less of this but it was their coloring it was their ideas you know whether we've took from their presence their online presence wherever it may be um and i did do that actually live i created yeah i remember watching the thing and i thought it was clever because yeah you were able to get all their information from just images that were around you know whether it was a blog or something and you created it in such a way and i was like all right that's clever and i suppose because i'm in the the checkmate the matrix school group i can see exactly how you create the different things because you've got a load of resources in there but like you simplify it you do the video and then you got the attachments and then if there's different stages you you break it down you make it really easy like most people can't do that most people have it all over the place or just make it complex and everything i think you have the ability of going how can say my 12 year old son understand that and you've made it in such a way that they can't go ah this is too complex you like so i know that without even going into this thing i know you do the same thing because everything that i've looked at that you've ever done even though i i constantly see it improving because you're you're doing videos where it's all graphic and it's explaining things videos with like cartoony kind of thing but it's like oh that makes sense you so like by people understanding that that's the most thing because most people think i won't be able to do that that's over my head that's too much but not you make it that i think i think my son watching that would be able to do it yeah i mean that's the thing you see you gotta remember as well i want it to be able so i can do it so like i'm i'm an ex fighter right so you know what i mean i can't go and say i'm gonna spend all this time learning a business you know i mean i was like going into a boxing ring and battering the hell out of each other and you know and then that was it you know and then teaching others to do the same was very very basic very brutal but you know so i can't go in and be a business genius but so i read okay i want to do it so that uh all of these people that i used to be competing with which most of them still all my friends now right but it's good they've they've got to be able to watch that i would have to be able to watch that while i was you know in like not in the ring but like when i was like finished and go out and say well watch it make it simple for me right because we was like very you know you had to have all the skills you had to have the flair but if everything's quite you know it's you can't really teach people how to fight you either can or you can't you can make them a little bit flurry you know and i mean you know being teach some basic skills but you know you've either got it or you haven't got it um but we'll just make them to sit there and go watch it and then ah okay well that's simple i can do that and if you can do that part and then you watch the next one thing i can do that as well actually before you actually get to the end of the video you've actually watched bits there you've got a business already so yeah it's it's it is simplified down to so that uh even i can understand it you know and then if i can do it then so can most other people i'm pretty sure one of the things that um i saw on your matrix thing was about the smart meters and like that's why i was able to say there no how well it was done and it was kind of you had like the three different phases of like when they're trying to do it so you might touch on that but the other one is unfortunately a lot of people have the meters didn't realize how dangerous they were are you able to cover like how you can kind of go hey hey boys take this piece of shit out and replace it with something that's not going to damage my health yeah and you know the thing is right just that's probably a good point to touch on because there's a few people that are going through that literally now in the group and um you have to remember who you're dealing with right these corporations are literally um dead entities so they've got like no empathy with whatsoever your situation you know and you hate it when you listen to them say oh well yes we understand no you don't right you don't know anything the employees of them are like soulless you know they've got a job there for a reason they're in these call centers for a reason uh so you don't be worried and shocked or anything when you get these responses come from them because it's just an automatic response and it's a no all right that's their go-to no right but then you have to break it down and actually explain to them why you're gonna put a claim in against them if they don't do what you want because you're the one that's in the right by you know and all you have to do is follow the actual legislation as well so let's talk about like uh uh the uk anyway you know because i know specifically i've done it for that legislation and i have done it as well this is on my actual uh house as well so they switched off the mirrors right just stopped working so we contacted them said look these mirrors switched off and they went oh yeah it's very common nowadays yeah you know it's never ever happened to me before ever but they went oh well we need to replace the meters that's a coincidence isn't it so they went yeah oh no problem we can get you an appointment blah blah we'll fit a smart meter well no you can't do that and they were like you know like shocked they're like well you know you have to have this smart meter in because you know like um it does this it does that does the next thing i'm trying to give them a little bit of information about it but i know i'm not going to waste my time giving them any health reasons or anything like that but because you're talking to literally like a brick wall but um i swear right okay well what i'll do is like you you can say your bit and we created a notice and it's like i said it's three stages the first one is is like the notice like you know this is exactly why you can't do it uh and then when they reply which they're going to reply no you're getting a smart meter don't don't think that you're going to write notice and they're going to go oh so sorry made a mistake we'll never bother you again you know they're not going to let that they cannot just drop down the first stage so you have to have a second stage where you lift it up a bit now you have to remember it's a smart meter so what is it that's smart about it it's it's uh it's a technology system that's spying on you so it's taking your data so because it's taking your data have you actually given them under gdpr article six have you given them consent well t
e answer is no because you don't want them on you never actually signed up for a smart meter now i'm not trying to say i don't like you know swing off on an angle and say no wait you don't need a contract for the electrical supply that's not what i'm talking about i'm talking specifically about the smart meter who said that was part of the agreement you know as nobody nobody's agreed to that i haven't consented it you're taking data anything that belongs to me that's right it could be a number it could be an initial it could be a unit that's been used by this that's my data so who are you actually giving it to what you're doing with it and i don't give you permission to actually have anything to do with my data that there and so then you can build on anything else on top of that and you put that specifically what the actual gdpr uh the regulations the breaching and they've got nothing they haven't got a leg to stand on but they're never going to just drop down to that first one so we put it up to the third one and there's like three separate stages of how strong you go right up to the the next stage after that is where i'm going to put in a claim against you so you know it's very similar to how we've done it and got all the cctv out of the cameras when they refuse oh you're not getting it you're not a police you need that cctv footage for whatever proof of something that happened or whatever you know we've saved people's jobs we've actually got people compensation all sorts of different scenarios and on this one we've got them in the end they go well okay we're not having uh the smart they always insist it's the only one they stock by the way i've been through it all i've done it this is this is like you know an experience it's not a theory uh and i'm saying that's not true and under the regulations it actually states you must supply an alternative you must you have no choice that's your uh regulation and they're saying my policy or our policy is doesn't matter what your policy is mate your policy is what your company decide the regulations and the legislation they are what you must follow so you must provide an alternative so you know and in our case you know we did get that alternative supplied uh the engineer came in he went i don't get this you know he says i can't understand why you're getting this meter put in that we're getting smart meters put in everywhere i went i just made sure that i requested it correctly he went oh oh that's amazing and it put in fitted in it was the meter is in there is older than the one that broke down you know um and but that's it so i mean and a few people that i've said look this is how i've done it this is what i've used there it is there's stage one stage two stage three and then get ready to claim if you need to uh and they've done exactly the same if you've got any kind of uh medical reason whatsoever then you should include that as well to make sure you know because that can actually back it up and you can't have the argument coming from them so you know where there's no real research you know look if people have got an illness then they don't want to exacerbate it by being next to something that's giving off emf energy and you can't deny it has a emf or radiation energy that comes off of any machine anything and i suppose we should kind of let people know that don't know because you know if it was pulsing once a day or whatever it's just continuously pulsing so that way then if it's on the water they know when you're taking a pee they know everything they know every single thing they know when you turn on the electric kettle the whole lot is tracking but i know people like they get tympanitis and one guy because sometimes they're in the apartment next to where there's a load of these meters and then they move country and it's gone so it definitely affects people oh yeah for sure so yeah you know i mean that's we've get we've had good results for people from uh being able to stop getting the small meters in and it's following what i've literally done myself it's not me you know i did it and that's how we actually stopped them you know and it's just like when i did a bit of research on it you know and then i found out yeah these these meters that you've got and they're just whatever you call them analog meters is it right and and up right across the country there's just they're switching them off it's just like really coincidental that like all of a sudden just for no reason that these meters are just stopping working after they've been in houses like you know been fine forever you know and now all of a sudden uh when they've got all this big push for having the smart meters in it's just like breaking down and stopping working nothing happened you know there wasn't there was uh we did actually have a couple of power cuts and we had a couple of power cuts and i was there it was never came back on so again just pure coincidence i suppose finally i start with um i know that you're constantly having uh like helping people in court and everything but just from the group i see sometimes people have a win because they're doing this stuff themselves and you might just kind of give an update of some of the wins that people are having because you know a lot of times people think oh you have to do it for me or i can't do it myself but you know when they come in they understand it they see a system simplified like we've discussed earlier and then they go and do it and then they're going oh and i think it's brilliant when you see somebody having a win because you know they're fighting the bad boys it's like okay nice one yeah no it is good you know and it's we've got a a section that i've created there just for people to put that in so when they get a win they can just go and tell us about it and what what they've done they don't have to give any private information just you know whatever it is there's loads and one of the most common ones now is like getting rid of these private parking tickets you know i'm not on about like you know that you've got went through a red light or you've like been speeding or or like even a council parking ticket but these you got you go to the shop or you go to the gym and you know what i mean you're two minutes over coming out and you what's going on they've given you a charge and they call it a pcn right which kind of sounds like a penalty charge notice what you get for um like speeding or whatever it would be or parking in the wrong place but it stands for um parking charge notice parking you parked yeah and um no it's crazy the amount of the the those that they actually put out now for like you know you can't even go to the to the shop you know go in a car park or anything you know it used to all be free you know where you're going in the business you're giving them business you've got to go there but now you know you go in and it's like all these signs up and everything like that but we're closing them down left right and center uh you know you just got to follow the system it's the same thing i've done it loads myself you know just follow it abc this is what you do uh just follow them steps but you've got to learn how to do it though no one's going to do it for you right i mean it's it's just an impossibility we're not we're not giving you legal advice we're just giving you what's being real world experience and um you have to like learn through the real world experience and then do a bit of research yourself and then go and do it but loads of people are putting up about the parking tickets getting rid of them left right and center so that's always good to read uh nicest one i've seen sort of like most recently was one of the members um and he actually won his case which was the debt case but he wasn't saying it was a debt case he was saying you're breaching my data because you've got no consent to actually be or what we call a legitimate interest to be processing my data uh and they're saying well no we've we've got um we've bought this debt from the bank basically that's what they say uh so because we bought it we now have a legitimate interest which means we own the debt we've got the legal rights to it so now you owe it to us so all that is is well okay well i'll tell you what we're going to do we're going to give you an sar go through the gdpr process which anybody can really search and go onto the gdpr uh website themselves or there's a number of different websites that supply through uh the government the information on there so you know we don't own it nobody can own it an sar or a subject access request some people call it a d saw data subject access request same thing you're just going to ask for all the data that they have that they are processing that is is on you and they lie and say we've got legitimate interest uh let's say they're not lying right although they are but they're going to stretch the truth and they're going to say but what they've done is they've actually bought spreadsheets and they've got contracts that they have to buy a certain amount of spreadsheets each quarter or each year annually so they have to buy them and they've got what they'd call like a general sale agreement that's already signed you know but that is not what there were classes and assignment of a debt because you know so anyway jack went like through all of this um process done tons of research himself as well so that's what we're saying you know yes we have the processes we have done it follow what we have done we're not giving any legal advice just giving you real world experience then people go out and research it themselves under these case laws and we're discovering more case laws all the time um that support exactly what we're talking about and still you will face complete uh ignorance by uh the debt collection industry for sure because you're messing around with their income which i can't really blame them for that but the courts are just as bad because they're just i don't know if when you call it corruption or just pure laziness or just like well i've never heard of that before i've always just always awarded it to the debt collector so i haven't anyway but all of the law supports everything that we're doing 100 everything we're not doing anything that's not correct but still judges are going oh no no i'd use my discretion but like uh he went through and he had all of the points covered completely and he he was grilled for a long time you know it didn't just go in five minutes and then walking out he was grilled for at least 45 minutes by the judge what what does that mean then you know what what do you mean by this mr such and such you know what is it this case proves that you think it proves you know and judges will they won't just look at you can't go in and say oh all right i've got like um all this paperwork i've been given it there so i'm giving it to you mr judge i'm giving it to you debt collector that means i'll win so close the case down they will look at it if you're and you are 100 right they'll still say no you're not getting there he wins so you have to be able to let go in there and fight your corner and that's why i'm saying to everyone yeah look i'll show you exactly how we do it and how it's worked so many times before but if you don't follow these steps and you know what you're doing and why you're doing it so when they ask you a question you can say well what this means is blah blah blah and this case here right you just can't walk in again well you know i'm relying on van blin versus pelias construction so i know that i can say that d they're going to flip that and turn it and twist it and the next thing you know you're actually agreeing with them without realizing you're agreeing with them and you're actually beating yourself but you have to know so well the case that you've constructed so that you sit there as a litigant in person and be able to put that case across so that you're actually beating a barrister and this is the thing that i'm telling you now these debt collectors instead of sending some local solicitor into the court where they are now sending barristers in right and they're putting in and what you'll find is they're going to put what i'll tell you what we have of charges now are your court costs are going to be another four thousand pounds on top of whatever it is your because it's the barrister's fees and that's what the letters they sent here so they're sending big heavy hitting barristers to fight because they're under pressure now they're getting a lot of these cases going against them thinking hang on a second you know they know what's going on you know i've had one one barrister asking where i was in the court what why isn't he here with you because i've been watching his channel so i know that he's been telling you what to do so why isn't he here and they've been cross-examined you know i mean it's quite funny as well as like do you know what i mean but it's they know what's going on so they're trying harder and harder and harder to beat you you will not win by just be having the paperwork yeah get the paperwork definitely you need it but you also need to know exactly what it means and how to explain it and when they say you're wrong how to actually rebut their statement to show belay jack he won like a considerable amount of money for damages for them breaching their data breaching his data and not only that but uh he got his costs his court costs covered as well against the debt collector so they paid compensation and court costs and he explained perfectly well exactly what the case was uh and the judge you know did question him backwards and forwards even they must have known in his own mind that well his case is correct you know but they have discretion cpr 27 and this morning was in county court small claims court you know they have what they called judges discretion they can literally ignore everything and just not care you know it's this it's i've seen the most ridiculous things done in the senate in the court uh where judges just go well i'm going to use my discretion you're only why and they just like completely like well all of this is correct legally correct but i have the ability to my discretion to ignore it all and move on you know completely nullify your point through what they call discretion so you've got to be able to know how to fight that when that happens and if you haven't got someone who can do that i don't care what paperwork you've got or the best case law where you've been given that and all if you can't tell them they're that and then you've lost if you don't know how to fight your case properly and know word for word what to say when they deny it you've lost you'll not win it doesn't matter that you're right and you are right all these people going up the right they ain't gonna win unless you can fight your corner and know exactly word for word what you're supposed to be telling them but jack done it yeah just like you know and they've done a few videos we're going to do a few more as well you know and um honestly can't explain everything that he's done because it was very complex when it gets down to the arguing you know so but um yeah we're gonna do a few more game out there and show them how we've done it i mean we've won most of the cases that we've actually won are quite interesting because they stop the court the case before it gets into the final court hearing the debt collectors you know and so the the one that i was in court in newcastle itself uh with another member but obviously good because it's local and we went in and and that that the discretion the judge was pulling was ridiculous but then when we had the they had it there so that they had the next hearing the main hearing the last hearing um against one of the debt collectors who were not um um fca licensed right they haven't got the license to enforce that which is ridiculous they're still allowed to do it but then because they were going to have to turn up and provide because we had got to do what they call oral evidence as in you're not allowed you can have your barrister you know but you have to be a witness there and we can cross-examine you as soon as we got that uh court order they pulled out and cancelled it straight away so i don't know if that's bad you know it's like uh because the guy who done that he was really happy but he said i want some compensation now whereas like you know like i say the other guy he got like thousands in compensation so like well hang on you know it's exactly the same argument but and we have had others there and they just won't listen they'll use their discretion and and if if you use one wrong word they can use their discretion and shut it down you've got to know what you're doing you can't just rely on paperwork you've got to do the studying as well which is why you've got to get in the group and get in the live meetings and actually go through it all and when someone's made a mistake we discuss that as well so you can learn by by mistakes i mean i think the supportive network as well but just finally because you know you're you're always talking about the car parking and i was in uh because i went to ireland that i went via poslin and you know because sometimes you wouldn't pay much attention i mean i've always seen but i was i was really conscious when i went in there and you just see kind of the different but it's you go past the barrier and then there's like tiny right and all contracting and it's like it's but when i came back out you know i had to pay it was like nearly 50 bucks for the week but it just took so long because you're going around to the thing they were like your time has run out and they wanted me to go back and pay more and i just told you man open the barrier and he's like well i said open the barrier and i've done that before as well and some things you just have to show who's in charge and it works because sometimes people buckle and they go away and do it and you're just going no okay this isn't my fault it's your fault open the barrier and off i'm in oh yeah i mean see this is the thing because it's all done on the the anpr so they got like automatic number play recognition so you go in they've took your image of the car the number plate right and then you're sitting there driving around right you know you can't find a place to park right but they're saying you've been using their service as soon as you've took that number as soon as you've gone past that line and there's so many different things that they actually breach all of it's called a uh well probably different in in ireland but um in in the uk it's like called the the protection of freedoms act which like not protect anyone's freedom i don't know for a fact 2012 and if they don't follow that then they can't put the liability onto the keeper of the vehicle but they do it all the time it's you know and virtually none of the actual rules and regulations are followed it's it's if you know what they are and you can see like you're reading the signs and you're seeing that you know for a fact they've already breached it it's just so easy to you know and you should go and take images if you're parking you think this is wrong take some images or videos or whatever as well because you can use it all as evidence if anything ever did get wrong or get said i know people that said oh you've been in like um half an hour like long or a few minutes over and so that's like 60 quid for like three minutes or you spent 50 minutes trying to find a bloody space you're not using it you're driving around so that is not how it's supposed to be you know and it's crazy we're coming to some of these like really busy places you can be driving around for ages before you find anywhere to park and you're not using the service you're just driving around and you're not allowed to even read the signs because if you're reading the signs you're actually breaching the road traffic ban on the highway code because you're not paying due care and attention to driving the actual vehicle so you know how can you contract you by by uh something that's illegal to actually do so crazy well peter as always totally enjoyed it what
