Robert Mahoney

Robert Mahoney is the Founder of TVTP Solutions and brings over 15 years of experience in targeted violence and terrorism prevention. He holds a master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and has worked extensively across all levels of government—federal, state, and local—to design and implement prevention strategies that make communities safer and more resilient.
His work has focused on building cross-sector coordination among key partners in education, law enforcement, public and mental health, and community-based organizations. He has led efforts that bridged traditional silos, helping diverse stakeholders recognize threats early and take collaborative action to prevent violence before it occurs.
Through TVTP Solutions, he draws on that experience to support agencies and organizations seeking practical, prevention-driven approaches to complex safety challenges. His goal is to equip professionals and communities with the tools they need to intervene early, reduce harm, and strengthen trust.
